“Stella Island is a beautiful, exceptionally clean resort, and we had an amazing stay. Our room was perfect—spacious, comfortable, and always cleaned to a very high standard. The food throughout the resort was excellent and consistently top-notch. A special thank-you to Anastasia at the concierge, who was incredibly helpful, friendly, and attentive. She arranged all of our dinner reservations and excursions, answered every question we had, and truly helped make our trip special. We also loved seeing Anastasia the waitress at the buffet each morning. She always made sure we were comfortable, that our coffees were ready, and that we had everything we needed to start the day. The spa was another highlight. We both had massages, and they were excellent—we highly recommend booking one during your stay. We also had a wonderful experience at Umami, where Chef Mark went above and beyond by preparing a special roll for us that wasn’t even on the menu. Overall, Stella Island exceeded our expectations. It is a beautiful resort with excellent food, outstanding service, and staff who genuinely care about their guests. We would highly recommend it and would gladly return.”

Everything exceeded our expectations. A special mention to Kleidi at the Cabana Bar, who truly stood out. “The Resort is extremely beautiful. You can enjoy privacy in your room, especially the overwater nests and bungalows are sweet and quiet! The staff is friendly overall! The Operations Manager Ladislav Bartakovic is exceptionally kind, open and diligent. He personally took care to get a problem with our front door fixed as quickly as possible and his main focus was on us enjoying our holiday experience to the max! The breakfast is good, nothing that we missed. The dinner restaurants are ok, however nothing super special. We decided to go downtown for local authentic food every night - it's way less pricy and we found it more delicious. Overall a great and enjoyable stay, holiday time well spent for sure!”

“My husband and I have just returned from a wonderful week at Stella Island, and it was absolutely fantastic. The rooms are beautiful, and the variety and quality of the food and drinks across the resort’s multiple à la carte restaurants are exceptional. I would say it was our best ever food experience. 10/10.. can not find one fault. We thoroughly enjoyed every aspect of our stay. We were celebrating our anniversary, and all of the staff made us feel incredibly welcome. A special thank you to Eleni at the front desk, who helped with booking of our à la cartes and George & Dimitris who was always happy and made us feel special and Mr Ladi, who all went above and beyond to make our stay extra special, Thankyou 🥰 I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a “Maldives in Greece” style holiday. Everything was superb from start to finish great adult stay 👌”

“Home from the best wedding/honeymoon 🥰 Everything was perfect, our wedding day was wonderful, just the two of us and Anastasia made me feel so special on my wedding morning. She couldn’t have done more for me. Anyone else who has her as part of their wedding will be very lucky. The rest of our honeymoon was so relaxed, the food in the A La Carte restaurants were amazing! Our favourites were the steak and Greek restaurants. Isla was great for lunch too. The buffet is also really good with so many choices and the food is fresh and even has speciality dishes. Honestly we couldn’t fault the food, the staff, the service or the aesthetic. I would return in a heartbeat. We had a full body massage which was amazing! They have a mini golf course, tennis, paddle and gym classes on offer. Really something for everyone. There isn’t much to do in the surrounding areas of the hotel. We got a taxi in to Hersonnisos one day, this is current being regenerated. A lot of the main restaurants and bars were closed on one side, would maybe be better going in to Heraklion for a day trip.”
