Seaside Sandy Beach

“First of all I cannot praise enough the entire staff- reception(what a smooth check-in! with everything explained so smoothly) pool bar,restaurant along with the housekeeping. Hotel rooms very clean and  very spacious. Food - delicious 😋Food will never disappoint you! Nothing will! Table service for the drinks - breakfast,lunch and dinner. Appropriate dress code was in place for the restaurant which was brilliant and is lucking in many other hotels.Drinks- didn't feel like all inclusive! Great selection and they were properly made. All the soft drinks included those for alcoholic cocktails were in a glass bottles which was outstanding. No "all inclusive " bracelet in place instead room contacless card. Pool area- even though on the pictures looks pretty small compared to capacity of the rooms it isn't. PLENTY of sun loungers with clean! mattresses . Plenty of parasols. Everyday staff was wearing clean pure white shirts - man waistcoats too,even pool area guys were having white polo tshirts and they uniforms were so presentable. Beds- super super comfy! We had a late flight and some snacks were waiting for us in the room which was very thoughtful. The restaurant and pool staff was brilliant- very friendly with the guests,children and on top of that so professional. They so attentive and they work really hard.”

“Spend a week for a much needed rest vacation. All in formula. I've visited a lot of hotels and I have to say that Sandy Beach gave me very good vibes. The hotel is very well maintained. The food was fresh and tasty everyday (Bravo to the cuisine)! The staff was exceptional. All professional and above all friendly! From the reception to the pool bar and all in between, very dedicated. Bravo to all and to the management as well.”

“Booked a family room. Stayed in room 402 and 630. Avoid this hotel at all costs. This place is an absolute scam (zero sea view) and nothing like what is advertised online. Fake sea view AI pictures!!! The furniture looks like it hasn’t been replaced since the 1950s — old, damaged, uncomfortable, and completely outdated. The sofa might seriously brake in room 402. The whole hotel feels neglected and falling apart. Air conditioner did not work in room 630. The balcony lights didn’t even work, so sitting outside at night was impossible unless you wanted to sit in complete darkness. When we complained, nobody seemed to care. The staff were unhelpful and acted like these problems were normal. The breakfast was terrible. Low-quality food, poor hygiene, and honestly one of the worst hotel breakfasts I’ve ever had. After eating there, I ended up with a stomach ache for the rest of the day. This hotel charges tourist prices for a place that feels cheap, dirty, and badly maintained. The photos online are completely misleading. Save your money or don't book through TUI like us and book somewhere else in Gran Canaria. The town Mogan is awesome. Positive points from this place: room service, Aileen from the mini club and the servers from the restaurant are really kind and considerate.”

“We spent 7 amazing nights at the Seaside Sandy Beach. The all inclusive package is great value, and, having 3 kids with us, it really made meal times much less stressful! The food was excellent and catered for all tastes. We look forward to visiting again in the future 😃”
