“Soundproofing isn't optimal, especially on the fourth floor in the east wing, corridor sounds of trolleys, from guests as well as staff, were very audible inside the room where we were staying (near the elevator bank). Normally this would be something survivable, were it not for the fact that room cleaning starts at 8AM, which meant, for us, early waking and short night rest, meaning our stay was not restful. Having noted this, for the rest, the hotel offers marvellous lounging and pool facilities, as well as a very decent experience in gastronomic sense. The water quality in the pools was great, we enjoyed our stay very much in that regard and the breakfast and dinner offer was always beyond par.”

“An excellent stay in every respect. The buffet was well above the usual standard, offering a wide variety of high-quality, well-prepared dishes. We also thoroughly enjoyed the two à la carte restaurants included in the half-board package. A special mention goes to the Spanish restaurant, which offers stunning views of the Maspalomas dunes and a truly charming atmosphere. The staff were highly professional, friendly, attentive, and always willing to help. The hotel features spacious, well-maintained swimming pools, with plenty of sun loungers available even during busy periods. The location is outstanding, right next to the famous Maspalomas dunes, making it perfect for both relaxation and exploring the area. An exceptional hotel in every respect, and one I would highly recommend.”
