Reviews from Google“We were delighted to stay at your hotel. Everything exceeded our expectations. The apartment was clean and comfortable, the hotel is located just a short walk from the sea, and the food and drinks were fresh, varied, and of excellent quality. We would also like to highlight the hospitality and professionalism of the entire hotel staff. A special thank you to Bibi for her kindness, care, and attention throughout our stay. She made us feel truly welcome. We were also impressed by the animation team. They were incredibly energetic, friendly, and always created a fun and positive atmosphere for both adults and children. Thank you for making our vacation so enjoyable. We had a wonderful time and would be happy to return in the future. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing and memorable holiday.”
“Everything was perfect! From the moment we come to the hotel we was immediately surrounded with love, care and support. Sirin was helping with everything and was answering all our questions and that was realy helpful. Rooms and all the spaces was clean. View from the beach on mountains is stunning! Food was very tasty, a lot of options to choose from, desserts are also great. Evening programs was interesting and we had new one every day. Animation was nice, we like Salma a lot, she was all the time take care about us having a good time, participate in various activities and just pleasent to speak and have a great energy. We was feeling very good here and had a great time, just taking rest and not thinking about anything as hotel take care about all the things. Absolutely can recommend!”
“Avoid this hotel if you value your vacation. This is, without question, the worst hotel I have ever stayed at in Turkey. I genuinely do not understand how this property has such a high rating. After spending time here, it is extremely difficult to believe that all of the positive reviews are genuine. The experience we had was nowhere near what you would expect from a five-star “Ultra All Inclusive” resort. First of all, this hotel is very old. The rooms may have been renovated, but the rest of the property clearly has not. The lobby, restaurants, public areas, hallways, and facilities all look outdated, worn out, and neglected. The photos online create a completely different impression from what you actually find upon arrival. The hotel advertises itself as an Ultra All Inclusive 5-star resort, but that is simply misleading. The quality of the experience does not justify the price we paid. In my opinion, this hotel is worth three stars at best, certainly not five. Our room looked relatively new, but it was far too small for three adults. There was barely enough space for three suitcases, let alone for three people to move around comfortably. The bathroom was unbelievably tiny—around one square meter—and using it comfortably was almost impossible. The lack of space made the entire stay frustrating. The food was another major disappointment. The selection and overall quality were nowhere near what you would expect from a luxury resort. Nothing about the dining experience felt premium or “Ultra All Inclusive.” Considering the price, the food was simply unacceptable. One of the biggest issues was the staff’s communication. Most employees spoke Russian, while very few were able to communicate properly in English. For a hotel that claims to welcome international guests, this is surprising and disappointing. As someone who does not speak Russian, I constantly struggled to communicate with bartenders and other members of the staff. Every simple request became unnecessarily complicated. The beach experience was equally disappointing. There were far too many people, and the hotel does not appear to properly control access to its beach area. Guests from neighboring hotels were using this hotel’s beach and occupying the sunbeds. As a paying guest, it was frustrating to see that there was no effective control over who was using the facilities. Finding a free sunbed was almost impossible unless you woke up around 7:00 a.m. to reserve one. The sunbeds were packed extremely close together, leaving almost no personal space. Instead of feeling like a relaxing beach vacation, it felt overcrowded and stressful. Overall, this hotel completely failed to meet the expectations created by its advertising and pricing. The outdated facilities, tiny rooms, poor food, language barrier with the staff, overcrowded beach, and lack of organization made this one of the most disappointing hotel experiences I have ever had. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.”
“We had an amazing time at the hotel thanks to the animation team. Pauline, Salama, Salma, Serhat, Bilal, and DJ Emre were all incredibly friendly, kind, and helpful. They always made sure everyone was having fun and created a great atmosphere every day. We spent so many enjoyable moments with them, and they made our holiday even more special. Thank you all for your energy, kindness, and unforgettable entertainment!”
“I am very disappointed with the environmental practices of this hotel. During my stay, I repeatedly noticed that staff intentionally leave a black bag with bread and buns on the beach to feed fish. This is extremely irresponsible. Bread is not a natural food for fish and can seriously harm their digestive system. It also pollutes the water, as uneaten pieces sink and decompose, reducing water quality and disrupting the marine ecosystem. Feeding fish in this way encourages unnatural behavior and damages the balance of the local sea life. Additionally, the approach to cleaning the beach is unacceptable. Instead of properly collecting and removing trash, it often feels like the hotel relies on the waves to “wash it away.” This is not cleaning — it is simply shifting the problem back into the sea. Waste should be actively and responsibly removed, not left for the ocean to deal with. A hotel in such a beautiful location should take responsibility for protecting the environment, not contributing to its degradation. I strongly urge management to stop feeding fish with bread and to implement proper waste management practices. This place has great potential, but these actions significantly harm both the guest experience and the natural surroundings.”
