“Hotel is well located near restaurants in the newer part of The rooms are a bit small, typical for the area/age and I was very grateful for the door to the balcony to allow for fresh air. Breakfast was amazing. The staff is just lovely. They are all very helpful, cheerful and kind. Great choice.”

“Located in the modern side of Ragusa, we were left a little disappointed by this hotel. We picked it based on it being recommended by Mr & Mrs Smith, and absolutely cannot fault the staff who were all incredibly friendly and helpful with planning excursions in the area. The room we had was small, with no view, and several items in the room that weren’t befitting of a Mr & Mrs Smith hotel room room, cheap plastic lamps, no coffee machine, towels with holes in them, and a bath with no stand up shower. The breakfast spread was varied but struggled with the layout of the room it was hosted in. It almost felt the set up was too small for the size of the room breakfast was hosted in. The hotel is within walking distance of many of the sites in Ragusa, but given the choice we wouldn’t stay here again.”

“Beautiful, quirky hotel that used to be a palace. You never know where the next set of stairs will take you. The dining room is stunning. Go to breakfast, and boom, you're in a regal dining room. It's something else.”
