“We stayed for 7 nights and had a wonderful experience. The resort is spacious, and the beach area is absolutely beautiful. For the first two nights we stayed in a twin room with two beds pushed together, but thanks to the kindness and professionalism of the manager, we were upgraded to another room. The king-size bed was very comfortable. The Albanian staff members were exceptionally friendly, polite, and always willing to help with anything we needed. The only staff member I would point out was the housekeeper assigned to room 1282. Unfortunately, the room cleaning was not up to the hotel’s standards, and the shampoo dispensers appeared to have been diluted with water. One suggestion for the hotel: considering its high standard, complimentary bottled water should be available at the beach and pool areas. It is inconvenient to walk in the heat just to refill a glass of water. I would also recommend placing refrigerators or coolers near the pool so guests can easily help themselves to cold bottled water. In addition, the drinks served at the beach bar and on the beach could be of a higher standard rather than being pre-poured into cups. The evening entertainment created a lovely atmosphere every night. The service at the lobby bar was professional, and the drinks there were of the quality that a hotel like this deserves.”

“The hotel is very modern and features a number of big pools along with the water park (this is the best waterpark within a hotel that I have seen). I appreciate the fact that sinners in this hotel are not allowed to be reserved especially in the morning time, this allows you to relax knowing knowing you will find somewhere near the pool no matter the time you get up. The pool bars are well stocked with brand name alcohol none of the cheaper copies and the staff can make a wide variety of cocktails and drinks. The waterpark has a number of slides, 8 in total and they are suitable for kids. My daughter is 11 and enjoyed all of them as did I. I really enjoyed the lion king show it is very nice and well put together, it happens every 2 weeks so if it is on then I recommend you go too it. The car rental by George cars within the hotel were very good and I got a 2 days car rental not problem there. I appreciate the outdoor area terrace near the pool is divided between smoking and non smoking as a none smoker I prefer not to be around others smoking. There is a shop within the hotel where you can buy things for the pool, some souvenirs or some snacks etc, it is a good overall stocked shop. The access to the beach is easy through the tunnels from the hotel and there are plenty of sunbeds to use there too. I highly recommend booking the à la carte restaurants as it is a nice experience with very nice service and different food options to try compared to the regular buffet. The cocktails they serve at the à la carte restaurant are very good too. Overall I had a very nice stay for 1 week here 🙂”

“A wonderful hotel! I was very pleased; we were taken care of in the best possible way. The service and staff are amazing everywhere. They took excellent care of us. The atmosphere is very friendly, kind, and attentive; they asked how our day was going and if we needed anything. The rooms are beautiful, clean, and perfectly furnished – you feel right at home. The entire hotel is spotlessly clean, and the staff keep the rooms, pool, and restaurant spotless – everything was beautiful. The views of the modern hotel and surrounding area are beautiful and stunning. They kept the rooms clean, towels were clean, and drinking water and other amenities were plentiful. The air conditioning worked perfectly, and the Wi-Fi worked perfectly everywhere. There are great attractions for children. The shop has everything you need. The food is delicious in the main restaurant and even in the snack bars, such as the one by the beach. The drinks are original and delicious. Both evening and daytime entertainment guarantees a great time. You can spend the whole day by the pools and on the beach, having a blast. The water park is the best place for kids, but it's also great for adults – tons of fun. We left before breakfast, but breakfast was waiting for us in the restaurant. We could ride our golf cart when it was hot and our son was tired, and it wasn't a problem. We were given sweets from the hotel and wine with dinner – a very nice gesture. The rooms we were given were also wonderful, the most beautiful I could have dreamed of (number 1236 & 7415). My son was delighted. It was our best vacation, and I'm already dreaming of going back. It's heaven on earth, and we got more than I expected. Thank you so much!”

“My family and I had a fantastic time in Princess Andriana hotel. So many great things about it but just to name a few: The hotel animation team is absolutely amazing, massive shout out to Dani and his team: the Variety Show was very fun, their Lion King rendition was a great success keeping people of all ages entertained. The beach is fantastic and quiet. Food is very tasty and our favourite dinner was the Japanese Rozu. The pool area is busy but surprisingly well spaced with activities for all ages. In general a very pleasant and positive experience. We visited the historic town of Rodhes and Lindos and loved both of them.”

“What an exquisite holiday We've just had. We stayed in room 9008, away from the amphitheater and evening pool entertainment and it was silent there in the evenings. It was a great location. Staff were amazing, couldn't have done more for us. The bar staff were fantastic, our experience was that servers at the Waterpark pool bar particularly shone. Great pools, well organised beach areas, lots of available loungers. The animation team friendly and fun without being overbearing. We've travelled quite extensively and felt this remains a 5* resort. Our room was cleaned and restocked daily, the food options were wide, great a la carte restaraunts (which book fast so book them asap on arrival). We don't return to hotels, we like to try new things, and this is the second time we've been here which for us speaks volumes. Feedback would be that whilst the a la cartes are mainly fantastic, the Italian a la carte menu requires a complete overhaul. The beef stew was diabolical, pizzas not great and the strawberry panacotta a disaster. Stavroula in guest relations is a star, use her knowledge, always a smile and a can do attitude which was better than some of the younger members of the reception team who could come across a bit snide.”
