“We have enjoyed our stay here very much. The service itself was exceptional! Staff was so kind despite the crowds of people they handle daily! Since we have mostly come in contact with the cafeteria staff, the waiters Tatiana and Putu Sastra who covered our area the whole time we’ve been here were very attentive and kind (as well as other waiters, whose names elude me, unfortunately). The chefs constantly watched for and replaced empty serving dishes of food, so kind to advise one on any of them. Front desk staff was also very helpful and knowledgeable. The cleaning crew did outstanding job of keeping us clean and tidy with cute surprises now and then made out of towels in shape of this or that. The manager from the car transfer service was so helpful in several trips we took out of the hotel. I even took a trip to Antalya, where the car has dropped me off, waited for five hours, and picked me up (this was for an additional fee). The few issues we had were with a broken mini-fridge that didn’t get fixed till day four; with the fact that all inclusive hotel doesn’t include basic things like tennis racquets (need to be rented); the fact that some information (like the age the kids are allowed to play with airgun, etc.) seems to be conflicting between office and the entertainment staff, which causes the “broken telephone” effect and is not easily fixable; the fact that things like a jet ski rental are more than four times more expensive than they are in US; and the fact that there seems to be a firewall of sort for Uber service. However, overall the hotel of this size runs very well. It is definitely a family vibe, and I enjoyed my stay immensely. Thank you very much for taking care of us!”

“Great holiday. Hotel is very clean and spacious, no sunbed wars! Pools and slides kept the kids entertained. Food and drink were great, always something for everyone. The entertainment team were the best!! Always friendly and welcoming, getting everyone involved. Some of the shows at night were amazing! Felt the room needed updating but spacious, clean and ac was fab! Would definitely return, looking at booking again next year!”

“Limak Arcadia Sports Resort is an amazing hotel. My room was lovely with a partial garden/sea view with a balcony. The grounds of the hotel are very well tended and spotless. The restaurants are clean, the food is plentiful with a large verity of dishes for all tastes. You will never go hungry with all the different places to eat and drink. The beach is lovely with plenty of sun loungers. We didn't really sit around the pools, though they did look lovely also. It is a perfect place to bring a young family, the water slides would keep the kids entertained. I must mention the cats, there are so many. They are all well fed and look healthy. There are cat houses around the grounds all containing food and water. All the staff, from the cleaners to the waiters and Reception staff are very friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend this hotel 100%.”

“Overall, we had a very nice experience at the hotel. The food was good and varied, and the entertainment team was excellent — always friendly, cheerful, and full of energy. A special thank you to DIDI, who created a fantastic atmosphere and made every activity more fun and enjoyable. The children really had an amazing time, with plenty of activities and entertainment throughout the stay. The room cleanliness, however, was not always perfect and could definitely be improved. We would also appreciate having a few more water slides for children to make the pool area even more exciting. During dinner time, the restaurant was sometimes too crowded, and there were often long lines for food, which made the experience a bit less comfortable. Despite these small issues, we were satisfied with our vacation and created many beautiful memories. The hotel is very suitable for families with children and for people who enjoy sports and entertainment activities.”

“⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We had an amazing stay at Limak Arcadia Sports Resort! Everything was fantastic from start to finish — beautiful hotel, great atmosphere, delicious food, and excellent facilities. The highlight of our holiday was definitely the animation team, with special mention to Talha who was extremely helpful and joyful! They were energetic, friendly, and made every day so much fun with activities, games, and evening entertainment. They created such a welcoming atmosphere and made everyone feel included. The staff throughout the resort were kind and professional, and the whole experience was relaxing and enjoyable. We would absolutely come back again and highly recommend this resort to anyone looking for a fun and memorable holiday!”
