Reviews from Google“The hotel has a beautiful design and a wonderful location. The staff were very friendly and welcoming throughout our stay. The breakfast was excellent, and the spa was also great. However, the cleanliness of the room was disappointing. During our four-night stay, the room was cleaned only once, which was not what we expected for this level of hotel. More attention to housekeeping and daily room cleaning would make the overall experience much better. Overall, we enjoyed the beautiful atmosphere, excellent breakfast, friendly staff, and spa, but the housekeeping service definitely needs improvement.”
“My husband, Henry, and I spent our honeymoon here for two weeks back in June, and we're still absolutely in awe of how beautiful and special this place was. From the moment we arrived until the very last second of our stay, everything was truly five-star. Every member of staff we met was so kind, welcoming, and friendly. We'd especially like to thank Alex, who made us feel at home every single day. He greeted us every morning with a smile and always made sure to say goodbye whenever we left—it was such a thoughtful touch that meant so much to us. The food was absolutely incredible. As two vegans, we were a little worried about the dining options before we arrived, but we needn't have been. Every meal was outstanding, with plenty of delicious choices, and the quality was exceptional every single night. When we were leaving, the bartender (I'm so sorry we've forgotten his name!) surprised us with a bottle of homemade lemonade after I'd mentioned just once how much we loved it. It was so thoughtful of him to remember and such a lovely gesture that perfectly summed up the incredible hospitality we experienced throughout our stay. We will definitely be back. Even now, we still find ourselves talking about this wonderful place and remembering what an unforgettable honeymoon we had. Thank you so much for your outstanding hospitality, your kindness, and for making our honeymoon so memorable. We can't wait to return! Henry and Emma xx”
“I stayed here with my mum at the start of May for four nights and we had a lovely time. The staff here are brilliant. From the minute you arrive you are taken care of. They were there at the entrance to greet us and take our bags when we arrived and they took us to our room in a golf cart. The reception team were polite, professional and helpful and called a taxi for us whenever we asked. It seemed like nothing was a bother for them and they were always on top form, saying hello with a genuine smile. They offered a complimentary drink for us both while we waited for our transport on the final day which was a nice touch. The breakfast team were brilliant, they made an effort to learn our names, asked us our plans for the day, gave recommendations and always made sure our orange juice was topped up. The breakfast looking out at the sea every morning with some soft piano covers playing in the background gave it a peaceful and relaxed vibe. Special shout out to Alex and Raf, very personable, great guys. The hotel is well maintained and I liked the brushed and stamped concrete walkways. We stayed in room 317 which had a fantastic view though I don’t think you can go wrong whatever room you book, being up on the hillside gives you those nice panoramic views. The hotel is expanding with construction going on at the back and I look forward to seeing pictures of it when it’s finished. I’d definitely like to stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone going to Kos. Thank you to the Koia team.”
“The hotel is incredible, the architecture and decor are fantastic. Its purpose is to be sustainable, and everything is based on herbs; they even have a tea tasting, which unfortunately I couldn't do because you need to book in advance. The service is the highlight; I felt welcomed from the first moment until my departure, with a special treat. I will definitely return.”
“The resort is lovely. We had a great room; the spa was also fantastic and the food very enjoyable. 4 stars and not 5 because every day we had to ask multiple times for the room to be cleaned. We'd ask reception to send someone to clean the room when we went to dinner, as they hadn't come during the day, when we'd get back from dinner, nothing had been done. That was unfortunate and happened every single time. They also forgot my partner's birthday. I booked a private dinner, and confirmed over email and in person that I wanted a dessert with a candle and some writing for the special celebration, but unfortunately this didn't happen either. Seems to be some small issues with communication within the team. Other than those things, it was very nice. Thanks!”
