“We’ve just returned home from another amazing stay at Kaya Palazzo Golf Resort, and once again it was absolutely incredible. This was our sixth visit, and there is a reason we keep coming back year after year and even have booked to come back in August this year! Everything was amazing as always. The food was lovely with so much choice, the drinks were great, and the hotel itself is beautiful. The staff really make this hotel what it is everyone is so welcoming, friendly and always happy to help. A special thank you to Rida, who was so lovely and would walk around checking in on everyone, making sure guests were okay and happy. It was such a nice personal touch and really made a difference. We’d also like to thank Ramazan on the pier/beach, who was one of the cleaners and was so kind and friendly every morning. He would always pass us towels and was just such a lovely person. The bar staff were also amazing and always made us feel looked after. We were also very grateful for the room upgrade, which was such a lovely surprise and made our stay even more special. Other than that, we honestly couldn’t fault anything. Thank you to everyone at Kaya Palazzo for another unforgettable holiday we can’t wait to return again.”

“The rooms were spotless, and the service was excellent throughout our stay. The staff in the kids’ club were amazing, especially Souhir who was incredibly kind, caring, and knew exactly how to interact with children, making them feel happy and comfortable.
