“We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Kaisol Romance Resort! Everything was beyond our expectations and truly deserves 5 stars. The food was excellent, with a great variety of delicious dishes every day. The beach was beautiful, clean, and perfect for a relaxing holiday. The entertainment team was amazing—always smiling, energetic, and making every night memorable. What impressed us the most was the kindness of all the staff. Every single employee was friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help with a smile. They made us feel at home from the very first day. A special thank you goes to Sameh, who took care of our room (1909). He was incredibly kind, attentive, and always made sure our room was perfectly clean. His warm personality and excellent service made our stay even more enjoyable. We would also like to express our sincere thanks to Ibrahim at the reception. He was extremely helpful throughout our stay, always professional, patient, and willing to assist us with anything we needed. His kindness and dedication made a real difference and are greatly appreciated. Thank you, Kaisol Romance Resort, for an unforgettable vacation. We can’t wait to come back!”

“We are newlyweds, and this was our first trip together, so we honestly didn’t know exactly what to expect. We chose this hotel almost by chance, as we had never been anywhere like this before, and it turned out to be one of the best choices we could have made. The whole experience was absolutely wonderful, and we enjoyed our stay much more than we ever expected. The atmosphere was peaceful and romantic, the hotel was comfortable and easy to explore, and everything we needed was close by. We especially loved how relaxing the whole experience felt. We never felt overwhelmed by crowds or noise, and we were able to truly enjoy our time together. The staff were welcoming and helpful, the food and drinks were enjoyable, and we loved spending our days between the beach, the pool, our room, and the jacuzzi. It was the kind of vacation where we didn’t feel the need to leave the resort at all. Our only regret was that we stayed for just four nights. We really wanted to extend our stay, but unfortunately, due to some circumstances, we couldn’t. This hotel made our first trip together truly special and gave us beautiful memories that we will always remember. We would definitely love to come back again in the future, and next time, we will stay for longer. Thank you to everyone at the hotel for making our honeymoon such a wonderful experience. ❤️”

“We had an absolutely wonderful time at Kaisol Romance Resort. The service staff were all excellent ranging from hosts to waiters. The rooms were always well kept and the food was delicious. A special highlight was the romantic beach view dinner we had. All in all very pleased with my stay and would definitely come back again.”

“Just returned from a lovely 2 week break at this Hotel, our first time here. Have already booked another trip for October here. This is by far the best Hotel we have stayed in. Rooms are very comfortable. The Hotel is spotlessly clean. The staff are all amazing, very friendly and helpful, they are a credit to this Hotel. Food is superb. Beach is lovely with Crystal clear water. Too many people to thank but would like to give our cleaner Mohammed a special mention who kept our room 1225 spotless for the duration of our stay.”

“Our 7 nights stay at Kaisol Romance were great, the best beach, delicious food, fabulous water view from the rooms. Couple of feedbacks I would like to give, the rooms are very backdated and need some maintenance, this was noticed on the 2 rooms I occupied during my stay. The second is the staff whom need to gain some etiquette, during our meals they were calling each other names loudly across the room, on another occasion 2 of them were fighting loudly at the beach bar where someone was accusing his colleague of being slack and throwing all the work on him! I believe some training and supervision of the staff behaviours would definitely enhance the atmosphere of the place.”
