We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Riu Palace Las Palmeras with our family. Everything was perfect from start to finish: the warm atmosphere, the kindness and professionalism of the staff, the delicious food, and the amazing location just steps away from the beach. The hotel offers the perfect combination of comfort, relaxation, and family-friendly service. A very special thank you to Francastro and the restaurant team, especially Vanessa and Luciano, who were truly amazing with our children. Their kindness, attention, and smiles made our meals even more enjoyable and created beautiful memories for our family. They went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. We will definitely come back and highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a wonderful family holiday experience Rime, Sami and Ghali.

We had a very pleasant stay at Hotel Riu Palace Palmeras. The resort is smaller and quieter than some other RIU properties, which created a relaxing atmosphere throughout our holiday. The hotel grounds are beautiful, with a well-maintained garden full of palm trees that gives the resort a tropical feel. The food was excellent with a good variety of choices, and we were impressed by the cleanliness of both the rooms and the public areas. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help - they even organized a small table arrangement for an anniversary celebration. The beach is around a 10–15 minute walk away, which was perfectly manageable for us. One thing we noticed was that the hotel seemed to attract an older clientele, and there were quite a few smokers around the outdoor areas. Families with very young children may also want to note that there is limited entertainment specifically aimed at kids compared to some larger RIU resorts.

We spent one week at this hotel and, overall, we were very satisfied with our stay. The hotel is beautiful, well maintained, and exceptionally clean. The rooms were cleaned to a high standard every day, and the pool area was also kept spotless. The food was of good quality, varied, and tasty. The staff were generally friendly and helpful. However, I would like to mention two points that could be improved. The first concerns the reservation of sunbeds with towels. Unfortunately, guests do not only place towels on sunbeds early in the morning, but many also reserve several sunbeds at the same time. We often saw two sunbeds occupied with the hotel's towels in the sun and another two reserved with personal towels in the shade, while nobody used them for hours. As a result, there were several occasions when it was impossible to find a free sunbed anywhere around the pool. It would be appreciated if the hotel could manage this issue more effectively. My second comment concerns the check-out experience. We had to be at the reception at 7:00 a.m. because our transfer was arriving early. I understand that this is a very early hour, but at a hotel of this standard, a simple goodbye, asking whether we enjoyed our stay, or wishing us a safe journey would have been appreciated. In addition, if an early breakfast, coffee, or takeaway snack is available for guests leaving before breakfast service, it would be helpful to inform guests about it. If such a service is not available, it might be worth considering. Despite these remarks, we had a very pleasant stay, and the positive aspects far outweighed the negatives. I would happily recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, and well-located place to stay in Gran Canaria. Overall, it was a wonderful holiday experience.

Due to a recent family bereavement we were not here very long however the staff were incredibly helpful and sympathetic. The hotel facilities were great and whilst it was a quiet hotel, it is perfect for relaxation in an ideal location if you want to venture out.
