“Having a fantastic time at the gorgeous Hotel. It is a home from home for us. The staff are as so friendly and cannot do enough for you. This our 7th time at the hotel since 2009 which was our first visit. We have the pleasure of Ayten cleaning our room number 2308. She is very pleasant, friendly and always does a thorough job of our room. She has made us lovely towel decorations for our bed which is so special.”

“This is our second time here at the Hilton, and we have been blown away yet again by the attention to detail from the staff. The grounds are incredible, the quality of the food and drink is delicious, most notably the endless cocktails which are prepared and shaken infront of you every time, not some packet mix or a different coloured syrup with lemonade and a shot of gin, proper cocktails. I feel the standout element though is the staff. Husayin Kotikeye has served us every breakfast and dinner he even remembered us from our last visit and ensures we are well catered for every mealtime, Highchairs, extra wipes, drinks. He is an incredible asset to the team. Ozer gun has checked in on us every day also, both are very good with our kids and surprised my little girl with a cake and sung happy birthday to her! The house keeping staff were very good too, room was always spotless upon return. they noticed our celebration so we arrived back to a beautiful birthday flower arrangement on the bed and another cake!! 😂 The girls at the kids club were very good too. Very welcoming with my young son. It’s noticeably quieter than when we last came here (early season right now) so yes, maybe not as vast range of offerings at dinner, Repairs being carried out on the jetty, weather being slightly cooler ( mid 20’s) But there is still something for everyone. Will be coming back in 2028, maybe for a lake house!”

“Excellent hotel for families. We had a group with kids aged between 6-12. So much to do for them. Youngster club age 10-15 was excellent for our boys with a whole range of activities organised like football, basketball, water polo. Evening entertainment was varied and some excellent shows. Beach bar and sports bar, cocktail bars available too for a more chilled option. Swimming pools were clean, lots of sunbeds. Drinks service on roller skates. Staff were so lovely and friendly especially Aziz Sunnat who took great care of us at meal times and always greeted us with a smile, and was very friendly and professional throughout our stay. Food is exceptional, definitely 5 star. This is our second time here and we would love to return again soon.”

“Our family recently stayed at the Hilton Dalaman Sarigerme Resort & Spa, and while our holiday took an unexpected turn when our son developed appendicitis and required surgery, the hotel staff were absolutely incredible throughout the entire experience. From the moment they learned about our son's condition, they went above and beyond to support us. Their kindness, compassion, and genuine concern for his health and wellbeing made an extremely stressful situation much easier to manage. What touched us most was that their care didn't stop when we left the hotel. Members of the team checked in on our son every day through WhatsApp to see how he was recovering and whether our family needed any assistance. This level of personal care and attention was truly remarkable and showed that they genuinely cared about his wellbeing. As we departed for our journey home, the staff even carried out the Turkish tradition of pouring water behind our car to wish us a safe journey and good luck. It was such a thoughtful and heartfelt gesture that meant a great deal to our family during a difficult time. The resort itself is beautiful, with excellent facilities, fantastic food, and wonderful staff, but it is the compassion, professionalism, and genuine kindness shown during our son's illness that we will remember most. “The rooms were very dirty, I had ants crawling around and the wifi wasn’t working for 2 days then it was very slow when it worked. The hotel layout was absolutely horrible, barely any staircases or exits to get to my room on the first floor, which i had to get to from the third floor. I gave them 2 stars for the food, it’s very delicious especially breeze restaurant. 2 stars for the the guest services, who tried their best to please me. The beach wasn’t that special, the chairs were dirty and the beach was rocky, but they had a good snack bar near by.”
