“★★★★★ An Unforgettable Stay in Taormina Our 3 nights at Belmond Grand Hotel Timeo were the best part of our Sicily vacation. The property itself is absolutely gorgeous — every corner feels like a work of art, with views that are hard to put into words. A huge thank you to the entire team who made our stay so special. Massimiliano Puglisi, the GM, was incredibly attentive throughout our stay, personally checking in on us and making sure everything was perfect — that kind of genuine hospitality is rare. The front desk and concierge team were warm and helpful from check-in to check-out, the restaurant staff made every meal feel effortless, and housekeeping kept our room immaculate throughout our stay. It was clear that hospitality at every level is taken seriously here. Dining at Otto Geleng was a true highlight — exceptional food in an equally exceptional setting. Can't recommend this hotel enough. If you're visiting Taormina, this is where you want to stay.”

“So those of you who read my reviews know that we literally travel the world. Today we had lunch at the Timeo Hotel Restaurant. Oh my! Everything was perfect. Dario, the restaurant manager watched over us and served us as needed. Federico sat us and checked on us several times. She was amazing. Marco the Somm worked to ensure that our wine pairings were perfect. Bravo! Then there was the food. SO good and thoughtful. Perfect. I will add pictures. The view was world-class. If you are near, dine here. What an amazing experience.”

“Our experience at Belmond Taormina was exceptional and one of the highlights of our trip to Sicily. We enjoyed both breakfast and dinner at the hotel, and every meal felt special. Breakfast each morning was not only delicious but also wonderfully entertaining. There was a sense of theatre and energy from the staff that made the experience memorable and set a lovely tone for the day. What stood out most, however, was the exceptional level of care and attention from the team. Our daughter fell asleep during dinner one evening due to jet lag and missed the opportunity to try the squid pasta she had been looking forward to. When the staff learned this, they kindly prepared the same pasta for her the following night so she wouldn't miss out. It was such a thoughtful gesture and a perfect example of the genuine hospitality we experienced throughout our stay. The food, service, and atmosphere were all outstanding, but it was these personal touches that made our visit truly unforgettable. We left with wonderful memories and look forward to returning.”
