“Great hotel! Perfect for kids. Lot of pools with pretty good temperature of water. Restaurants Ala carte were delicious! Rooms are pretty simple but the ones with the pools are beautiful. Far away from city but there is bus (5 stop for 2.50€). 20-25 min from the airport which is good !”

“Overall, the resort is beautiful, with great pools and excellent water parks. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay. However, the food was disappointing – limited variety, not very tasty, and often not fresh. Restaurant reservations were unavailable even when attempting to book several days in advance. Children's entertainment was repetitive, with the same activities every evening. Room cleanliness was below expectations, with bathroom cleanliness requiring improvement. In summary, while the facilities are excellent, the food, entertainment, and housekeeping services need significant improvement.”

“We got here late at night , so complementary sandwich and drink was allocated for you . Bags were taken to the room by staff . The room was ok and very clean . Beds and pillows were comfy and blessing of air conditioning ( which you would leave on during the day ) don’t sleep with this on due to waking up all “bunged” up . Food was very good . It is busy but if you take time to not go at absolute peak time we found it easy get food served and seate, as reviews mentioned queues and being a pain to get food . Breakfast had array of food from cooked breakfast to continental. Kids have plenty of cereal and the normal pancakes and waffles and chocolate sauce . Mid day they serve plenty of food from fresh pasta to salads . However most people went the trio restaurant which consisted of pizza( fresh stone baked pizza ) burgers and of course giros kebabs which hit the spot after a few beers . Drinks are very good . Beer was decent and shorts such as rum and dissarrano and vodka were named and not local . One gripe would be the pop / soda wasn’t very good at all! In the evening the bar as big queues but purchase a drinks tray and you’ll be fine . The gym !? It’s got some sort of gym but if you train regular this won’t do for you . Especially when we went down first day and there was 20 people waiting get in . As it opens at 10 which is mental really . So we headed to a local gym called 2bfit. There’s entertainment for kids and adults and it’s going on most of the day . Plenty of pools and the slides are good . Local bars are about 10/15 minute stroll if you wanted a change of scenery . Beach is close by and also worth trying . It’s a decent hotel , it’s not 5 star but it’s a very good hotel . I would come back again . Staff friendly , place is clean . Be mindful we stayed for ten night and the holiday tax was €150 euros . ✌🏻”

“Booked an all inclusive with my inlaws and we had a fantastic week away. Great selection of pools, entertainment and food/drinks. The kids loved the waterslides. Also in a good location to walk down to the nearest beach where the loungers are inexpensive to hire. Our room was clean and the facilities were all very well maintained. As well as the buffet restaurant, the quick serve burger, pizza and gyros bars were a hit! We also booked the spa facilities which are an additional cost - expensive for what they are but we enjoyed them still. Would definitely recommend this resort for families! P.s. the resort is FULL of very friendly stray cats. They'll climb onto your lap at any given opportunity.”

“An absolutely fabulous vacation experience!! I cannot say too many nice things about this place, so will start by stating that the room, food, pools (so many!), water slides, snacks, drinks, personell, spa, dining room, mini disco and location were all amazing and with such care taken to details to make guests stay as pleasant as humanly possibly. Its also just a few hundred meters from a great beach by the ocean ♥️ We were a party of 17 ppl, 10 adults and 7 kids aged 1-10 that went for a week in the end of May and everyone had a blast. Perfect temperature (24-27 C) and sunny all week. Will say that it is worth paying extra for a more sizable room that is poolside and closer to the main venues. Small issues: gym was small, but with some patience, sharing and ingenuity is possible to create challenging workouts. Tennis court was advertised as included but that wasnt the case, no big deal. There is something for everyone here, cannot recommend enough!”
