Reviews from Google“Wow what a hotel. I have travelled extensively and this is one of the top stays I have had. Room and views are amazing. The tub would hold a 7ft person without issue. We also got 3 hours in the spa which was a great bonus. First time swimming in a glass pool 22 stories above the ground. The sauna and steam room were also great. Overall one of best stays I have ever had and highly recommend it to anyone in the area.”
“While being on a good location and having some dining options, this hotel is more a 4* conference palace then a 5 star hotel. I had a Suite where the layout was weird. The beds come with 2 seperate blankets, usually seen in hotels like Dorint or Motel 1. The suite featured big windows which was a nice touch but product feels dated.”
“5* every single time. My husband and I stay here every time we come back to Göteborg. The most lovely staff (especially the front desk 🥰) and the most wonderful rooms. The breakfast is absolutely exceptional and the spa Is always clean and not too busy.”
“⚠️be aware of Upper House scam You book online and when you turn up there they charge you differently. We booked two ppl for 790 SEK(have email confirmation 395*2) and when we wanted to pay we were asked to pay 1400 SEK. Their excuse was that there is a bug in our booking system. I went there next day to get refound for our volunteers and saw they are doing the same with Finish tourist. The staff were so ignorant and pushy that we pay. Not a good manner in Nordic.”
