Our stay at Ethno Belek was absolutely wonderful from start to finish. The hotel is beautifully designed, exceptionally clean, and offers a perfect balance of luxury and comfort. Every detail feels thoughtfully planned, creating a relaxing and elegant atmosphere throughout the resort. The staff were outstanding—friendly, attentive, and always willing to help with a smile. The food was excellent, with a great variety of fresh and delicious options every day. The facilities were top-notch, including the pools, beach area, and family-friendly amenities. What truly made our stay special was the level of hospitality and care we experienced. Traveling as a family, we felt welcomed and comfortable at all times. The resort exceeded our expectations in every way and created memories we will cherish for years to come. We would highly recommend Ethno Belek to anyone looking for a luxurious, relaxing, and unforgettable holiday in Antalya. We can’t wait to return!

Hotel Ethno is hands down the best hotel I've stayed at in Turkey — and I've been to quite a few, so I've got plenty to compare it to. I'm writing this review while still on-site, because the standard is high enough that I didn't want to wait until I got home. Let me start with the food, since it's often the weak spot in big hotels — but here it's outstanding. Fresh, varied, delicious, and you can tell someone genuinely cares about what ends up on the plate. There's none of that "canteen for the masses" feel; it's real quality. The staff deserve a section of their own — courteous, attentive, and switched-on. What really sets Ethno apart is that every guest is assigned their own personal host, so there's always someone looking out for you and ready to help. Special thanks go to my host, Asiyeah, who was fantastic throughout — warm, professional, and genuinely dedicated to making sure my stay was perfect. That kind of personal care is exactly what turns a good hotel into an unforgettable one. I also have to praise the hotel's app, which makes everything effortless — it's genuinely well designed and takes all the friction out of the stay. Having everything you need right at your fingertips is a huge plus and something more hotels should learn from. The pools are top-tier — plenty of space to cool off, relax, and spend the whole day without ever leaving the grounds. And then there's the drinks selection, which genuinely impressed me: a wide range, high quality, something for everyone. That's a rare thing in this kind of setup. In short: a place you want to come back to. Complete comfort, excellent service, thoughtful technology, and all the little details nailed. Highly recommended — and I'm already thinking about my next stay.

Overall, an amazing 6-night stay — and tonight is our last night here. A year ago, after a very disappointing experience in Turkey, I thought I would never come back. But Ethno Hotel completely changed my mind. I traveled alone with 3 kids of different ages, and all of us enjoyed this vacation so much. Rooms & territory — 10/10. Everything feels fresh, new, modern, and very clean. We had a spacious room with a jacuzzi, and housekeeping was excellent. The room was even prepared for the night every evening, which was such a nice touch. The hotel territory is beautiful, with so many stylish details and lovely spots everywhere. Food — 10/10. Huge variety, something new every day, and many à la carte options as well. Every meal felt enjoyable and high quality. Staff — 10/10. Everyone was always helpful and attentive. The QR code ordering system next to every sunbed is such a great idea, and the waiters genuinely try their best all the time. Service in all restaurants was excellent, and the personal assistants were always available and supportive. Special kudos to the hall team as well. Mini club deserves special mention. My kids never wanted to leave. There were so many different areas, workshops, and evening shows, but most importantly — the people working there were truly engaged with the children, and you can really feel it. That makes a huge difference. I also loved the concept of yoga, meditation, and workshops for adults — such a nice balance for parents. Honestly, I feel bad reading negative reviews about this hotel because our experience was truly wonderful. We will definitely come back again.

I first noticed this hotel during its opening year, when reviews were not great—mentioning a lack of greenery and poor service. Three years have passed since then. The reviews in 2025 were very positive, so we decided to spend our vacation at Ethno Hotel instead of our usual destination in Turkey, Bodrum (Voyage Torba, Titanic Bodrum). Aesthetically, the hotel is beautiful and green. The rooms are also nice and functional. We live in Swim up room and it’s perfect for 2+2. Cleaning is good. Very good furniture everywhere. My kids were very happy in Kids Club, and the girls at the Kids Club were very sweet and welcoming. The kids' festival and the Ethno festival for adults are great, and the evening shows are very interesting and have a real "wow" effect. Agua park is great too. High-quality service is one of my top priorities, and I can say right away that this is not a premium hotel; the service is very average. Empty plates can sit on the table for a long time, drinks aren't refilled, and you have to use every possible way to get a waiter's attention, even specifically asking for chilled COLD white wine. On the first day, I was shocked by the chaos in the hotel; there were simply too many people. In the morning, most sunbeds are reserved with towels, and by 9:00 AM, it is already difficult to find a spot near the main pool. But in the beach there are free sunbeds any time. Regarding the service, I felt there was a slight lack of a personal touch. While my assistants were always accessible and quick to respond to my requests, I would have appreciated a bit more proactive communication to ensure everything was going well during my stay. The Italian à la carte restaurant, which many people recommend, was a huge disappointment. The service was chaotic; the waiter was literally running around the restaurant, was inattentive, and everything had to be requested: taking orders, refilling drinks, clearing plates. The food was not up to the standard of a paid à la carte restaurant (30 euros per person); the pizza was mediocre, the Bolognese pasta was very spicy, and the orzo tasted like milk porridge. The assistant apologized that we didn't like the restaurant and said they value our feedback. When I addressed the hotel management, they replied with the same sentiment: "Thank you for the feedback, we are very sorry you didn't like it." The main restaurant is true chaos. There are so many people that to get a seat on the terrace where it is less noisy, you have to arrive the minute it opens. There is plenty of food, but I had no desire to try it. The sushi, however, was tasty and fresh. Overall, I think this is a good hotel for a family vacation, but it is definitely not a hotel with premium service or food.

We had a wonderful stay at the hotel, especially thanks to the excellent service from Nurullah and Salim. They were always very attentive, friendly, and made sure we had everything we needed. They regularly asked if we would like more drinks or if there was anything else they could do for us. It was great to see how dedicated the staff are to making sure guests have a pleasant and relaxing holiday. Their kindness and professionalism really made our stay special. Thank you very much! Best regards.
