D' Andrea Lagoon All Suites - Adults Only suits adults looking for a quiet, water-centric escape. Drawbacks include its distance from Kos Town and a lack of alternative dining options in the immediate vicinity.
Guests score it 9.5 out of 10 — the average across the 13 hotels we list in Kos is 9.3.
What Guests Loved
- Guests enjoy immediate access to a quiet stretch of Marmari's coast, equipped with dedicated loungers and parasols for undisturbed relaxation by the Aegean Sea.
- The striking swim-up design connects the sleek suites directly to a large, clear lagoon-style pool, offering a refreshing swim just steps from your bed.
Things to Consider
- Located on the quieter northern coast, the resort is roughly 15 miles from the historic sights of Kos Town, requiring a taxi or car rental for sightseeing.
- While the hotel's restaurant is excellent, there are few independent tavernas within walking distance, so guests may want to venture out by car for variety.

Reviews from Google“I had a great stay at this hotel. The hotel is beautiful, the pool is amazing, and the food was excellent. The best part was the service, especially Lampros. He was always friendly, professional, and very kind. He made me feel welcome every single day. Thank you for a wonderful stay. I will definitely come back.”
“I set the scene; I’m backpacking through Europe and I get a spontaneous idea to book a luxury stay just for the heck of it. I come across this beautiful resort on my social media feed & immediately book it without hesitation. when I tell you….. I have no regrets and I’d do it again!!!!! The staff treats you like royalty the minute you step foot onto the premises. The concierge made the check-in process easy and swift, also was kind enough to offer a welcome drink. When I got to the room I was in awe from the design, as well as the gifts I was surprised with!!! And typically, I’m not big on ordering food from the hotel I’m staying at and I prefer to see what the local eateries offer, but the food selection here was EXCELLENT. It’s clear that these people source fine talent when it comes to every aspect of the hotel. One thing I would like to see change in the future is there being a more inclusive transportation service, like a shuttle bus that goes back and forth between the resort and the town a few times in the day. I was coming from Bodrum and had difficulty finding the location since the bus from the town center didn’t go that far. Also, I would have liked to see more of Kos so that woulda been a great amenity! But besides that, it was a great stay, and I’m so excited for the next visit here!”
“The best hotel I've ever been to. From arrival to departure, everything was simply impeccable. All the staff were always friendly and helpful. The entire complex was always spotlessly clean. The food and drinks, including cocktails, were consistently of the highest quality, whether in the hotel or on the beach. Anyone seeking peace and relaxation, or simply time to unwind and relax, is in perfect hands here. You'll definitely see me again.”
“We stayed at this hotel for six days as a couple, and it was nothing short of amazing. The atmosphere was inviting, luxurious, and perfectly maintained. The rooms were absolutely massive, spotlessly clean, and designed for comfort. Customer service exceeded every expectation. Anytime we needed something in the room, the staff responded within minutes, always arriving with a big smile and a genuine willingness to help. Their attentiveness made the entire experience seamless and stress-free. The pools were another highlight—huge, fun, and beautifully maintained, with no strong chlorine smell. We also had access to a private pool directly from our room, which felt like pure indulgence. The food was outstanding: an endless variety of delicious dishes, beautifully presented, and served with professionalism. The waiters knew exactly when to approach and when to give us space, making every meal a pleasure. This vacation was absolutely perfect in every way and worth every penny. A truly unforgettable stay.”
“We celebrated our anniversary here and had a wonderful stay. The hotel is amazing, the breakfast was very diverse and delicious. The pool and common areas were very clean, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The sea was beautiful, but I would have appreciated having a toilet near the beach area, as it takes about 3–4 minutes to walk back to the hotel. Also, the dinner and snack menus could be a bit richer. Overall, I absolutely loved this hotel. Thank you so much for all the details 🫶🏻”
