“We just returned from the beautiful Cleopatra Luxury Hotel. Booking this hotel was a perfect choice. The hotel is quite large and has sc much space that everyone can find their own space without being crowded. The gardens are green everywhere, and the meticulous attention to detail is evident. The food is fantastic. The waiters deserve special mention especially Mr. Hamdy A. Hmed, a waiter who mmediately took care of his quests. We felt well taken care of. Coffee and cola were delivered to our table. Mr. Hamdy always had a smile and asked if we needed anything. The room cleaner (our number 3407) was very thorough and attentive to detail. The lifeguards at the pool were polite, but the best part was when we were lying on the loungers in the heat, the lifequard brought us cold towels for our departure. Highly recommended. We will have fond memories of this hotel and will definitely try to return. Vacationers from Poland.”

“Far from luxury and not many things to do and no entertainment. Outside the resort there was nothing. If you want to relax it’s a good place for that but bear in mind you’ll be disturbed while napping by the pool to be pressured to book spa and trips. Once you fall for it they’ll demand a full payment. The food was ok, not great. The staff were friendly and some were funny and nice but would I want to go there again…perhaps not.”

“A repeater guest won’t come again Not the first time but will be the last. I visited the property for a family vacation during May2026 Overall, everything was great during my stay until checkout time, the room,service,entertainment was good but .. I requested and paid for a late checkout until 6:00 P.M, and it was confirmed. However, at 5:50 while preparing my bags, a housekeeping staff member came and asked me to leave the room for cleaning, i told him that i’am preparing to leave the room, After 1 min. after, another staff member came with the same request, This was quite impolite and very unprofessional, especially since I had already paid for the extra time, expecting privacy until my official checkout. The Shock was when i arrived at the lobby to finalize my checkout procedures and i was complaing about what happend to Mr. Hossam ismael the reception manger .. who deals with the situation with a very rude, disrespectful and unprofessional way of dealing with a repeater guest or even a first time guest .. I hope the management reviews this issue so other guests don’t face the same situation,Also Management needs to train Mr.Hossam Ismael better to deal with such situations in a more professional way.
