“Another relaxing holiday here. Staff are the best, very friendly and helpful. The food in the restaurant, and the pool bar outside are very extensive, everyone will find something they like. We stayed during Storm Therese the spa was a godsend! One of the very best things at this hotel is the sunbed system. Upon checking in, you are given a sturdy card and cable tie with your name and duration of stay on, you are then free to place this tie on any available sunbed, this bed is then yours for whole duration of your stay, there's no getting up at 6am and putting your towel down on a bed, if only other hotels would do the same!! You won't be disappointed staying here.”

“I spent 4 days here and enjoyed every moment. Choose this holiday due to Gran Canaria having the most sunshine. The staff are very friendly and helpful. There is alot of activities to do, such as yoga, pirates, archery, mini golf, shooting tournaments. The pools are beautiful and kept very clean. The rooms are spacious with good size balcony 👌. The entertainment was okay but I would say some entertainment was a little lack luster. As it was all inclusive, we had free access to the spa which included sauna, steam room and salt pool. The beauty treatment and massages was not included so you would have to book and pay. There is also a tennis court for people who had the energy to play 😂. I just wanted to chill be the pool. In front of the hotel was the beach and my sun lounges you could use, however they did require a fee. Nice walk around the hotel. Yes, I would go back to the hotel.”

“This is the second time I have been to this wonderful hotel (all inclusive) and on my own, First off it's a twenty minute trip from the airport, check-in was quick and easy and my room was very clean and a comfy bed, the balcony is large (with two very good seats) and in the sun for most of the day. The food is excellent and lots of choice at all times of the day, pool heated and beautiful gardens that lead down to a gate to the beach. As I was on my own this is a shout-out to the superb staff at the hotel especially Fernando P and Ana P who looked after me and are so friendly thank you!!”

“Very good SPA & pool area and plenty of sun beds. Hotel had mostly older guests from Germany. Restaurant breakfast buffet service excellent. Good daily schedule of activities, gym, plays and evening shows. Room, it's cleaning, bathoom were good level, all worked fine. Highly recommend.”

“Overall ok, the hotel feels a bit dated and the room is basic, but comfortable. Nice balcony too. It's mainly older people (over 50), and the lack of children makes it a lot more quiet.”
