Reviews from Google“Very nice, recently open hotel. Their hard product is excellent, close to the sea, with a beautiful swimming pool. The team is finding their rhythm, but I am sure they will get in with it in no time.”
“We had a wonderful 2-day escape! Everything was perfectly clean, the food was very tasty, and the service was excellent. Swim up rooms are amazing! All of the staff were friendly, welcoming, and always smiling. A special thank you to the reception team and the Front Office Manager for being so kind and helpful. We’d also like to mention the Filipino gentleman at the main bar, who was exceptionally kind and provided great service. We would definitely come back here and highly recommend this place! 🫶🏻🫶🏻🫶🏻”
“Just opened this month. Yes, there are teething issues but it is a great hotel and it will get there. Cracking 10 days in Kos in this hotel. Staff are attentive, the hotel is outstanding and the rooms are clean and modern.”
“I stayed at the jet2 holidays Arato Hotel in Kos and, in my opinion, it definitely isn’t a 5-star hotel. I’d rate it 4 stars at best. The hotel is only around 3–5 weeks old, but there were already issues. The rear door lock in my room wasn’t working properly, which I reported, but it was never resolved during my stay. One of the biggest annoyances was the constant knocking on the door. I had staff knocking five or six times in a single day, which completely ruined the chance to relax. I understand they’re only doing their jobs, but it was far too frequent. The Wi-Fi was also very poor. It constantly dropped out and regularly disconnected completely, which became frustrating throughout the stay. The minibar prices are ridiculous as well. You’re paying around six times more than the supermarket literally ten steps across the road, so I’d recommend avoiding it altogether. Breakfast was disappointing. The quality wasn’t great, and it regularly took around 15 minutes just to get a coffee brought to the table. For a hotel that’s meant to be 5-star, I’d expect coffee and fresh orange juice to be self-service rather than having to wait around. One morning I came back from a run at 7:50am, just before breakfast started at 8:00am, and was desperate for a glass of water. I asked a member of staff if I could have one, but because breakfast hadn’t officially started yet, I was told it wasn’t available while they continued setting up the tables. At a genuine 5-star hotel, I’d have expected someone to simply offer me a glass of water without hesitation. The view from my room overlooked what looked like an old, dirty allotment, which certainly wasn’t the sort of view you’d expect from a luxury hotel. Another disappointing experience was the hotel’s own event. There was a private party with loud music that went on until around 11:00pm. Welcome drinks were being handed out at the entrance, yet none of the hotel guests appeared to be invited. It seemed to be a private event for local Greek people, and as a paying guest I felt like we were pushed to one side. I’ve genuinely never experienced anything like that at a hotel before. On the positive side, the staff were all very friendly and polite. Even with the constant knocking, they were only doing their jobs and were always pleasant to deal with. The room itself was okay rather than anything special. The shower was excellent, there was plenty of space, the complimentary coffee machine was a nice touch, and the towels smelled lovely. The toiletries, including the shower gel, body creams and pillow mist, were also excellent and added a nice touch to the stay. Overall, the positives weren’t enough to make this feel like a genuine 5-star experience. This isn’t the standard of 5-star hotel I’m used to, and in my opinion it’s a decent 4-star hotel at best. I wouldn’t recommend staying here, and I certainly wouldn’t stay here again, even if the stay was free.”
“Very nice”
