Ammades All Suites Beach Hotel & Spa - Adults Only is a modern beach hotel on the Kallithea road at Faliraki, open only to guests aged 16 and over. Its strengths are consistent across reviews: staff who are warm and attentive, suites that feel spacious and new, and cleanliness that guests call spotless. Breakfast is served looking out to sea, the pool sits right next to an uncrowded beach, and the spa adds a sauna, a steam room and treatments that guests rate highly. The weak points lie mostly outside the hotel. A large neighbouring hotel plays loud music for a few hours most evenings, the sea is entered over rocks, and dinner elsewhere usually means a taxi.
