Alpenhotel Kitzbühel am Schwarzsee is made for guests who want Kitzbühel's nature more than its nightlife. The hotel stands on the shore of the Schwarzsee, about 2 km from the centre, renovated in 2021 with spacious, modern rooms and balconies looking over the lake and the mountains. Guests speak most warmly about the setting, the friendly staff and the breakfast, and the spa with its lake sauna and pool rounds off the day. In winter a free shuttle takes skiers to the Fleckalmbahn and a cross-country trail starts close to the hotel, while in summer guests swim in the lake and borrow bicycles for free.
