We screened seven hotels in Side and read the terms on the hotels' or the operators' own pages. All seven sell all-inclusive and are ranked below. Conditions we could not confirm are left blank rather than guessed at.
How we ranked the hotels
This ranking belongs to the theme and is separate from the destination page's general luxury order. Guest scores on Booking and Google carry 55 per cent, weighted by how many reviews sit behind them. Verified concept facts carry 30 per cent: whether all-inclusive is sold at all, whether à la carte is included, whether premium drinks are included, whether there is a stated ultra tier, and whether food and drink are served around the clock. Star class carries 15 per cent.
A detail we could not confirm counts as neither a yes nor a no. It is left out and at the same time lowers the hotel's coverage, so a hotel with few confirmed criteria cannot climb on its guest score alone. Wherever we quote a score, we name the source.
Where in Side should you stay?
Kumköy and Colakli west of Side are where most of the five-star resorts sit, with long sandy beaches and roughly forty to fifty minutes from Antalya airport.
Side old town, with its Temple of Apollo and Roman theatre, occupies a headland in the middle of the area and is ten to twenty minutes from most hotels.
Titreyengöl and Sorgun east of town make up the quieter part, with pine woods between the hotels and the beach.
What to check before booking
Two things separate these hotels more than the scores do. The first is whether à la carte is included or costs extra: at Acanthus Cennet and Arum everything is included with no cap, at Barut GOIA nothing is included, and at Kamelya Selin a cover charge applies at five of the six restaurants.
The second is whether all-inclusive is the standard board or an add-on. At Barut GOIA it is one of three options, which is easy to miss in a price comparison.

Why this rank: Round-the-clock service and a large body of reviews, but à la carte is capped at one restaurant per week and the sushi restaurant costs extra.
