Reviews from Google“5th time staying here. Great service, food and cocktails. Fantastic setting with views of the mountains. Reception staff are so welcoming, remembering us from one year to the next. The flowers in June along the paths were stunning. The main pool seems to be heated now which is an added bonus as it is so warm. Each time we visit, something has been improved which is great to see.”
“A really beautiful resort with lush gardens and flowers, designed like a traditional Cretan village. There are several restaurants, a café, multiple pools, and plenty of free activities such as yoga, Pilates, kids’ club, mini golf, tennis, computers, a piano (in the library) and more. There’s also a mini market, free Wi-Fi, and golf carts that will happily give you a ride around the resort. You could easily spend your entire holiday here without leaving. The food is also much more reasonably priced than some reviews suggest. The dinner buffet (€25–30) is comparable to what you would pay at restaurants outside the hotel for the same quality. The main downsides were that the location is a bit remote if you want to explore on foot, although the views are fantastic. Also, our 12-year-old was charged as an adult for both accommodation and meals, which felt rather harsh. At times, there also seemed to be a bit too much supervision around the pools. Staff frequently blew whistles at children playing, interpreting the “No Diving” rule to mean they couldn’t even jump feet first into the pool or hold on to the edge. That felt unnecessarily strict and not really in line with what the sign actually indicates. Overall, we had a wonderful stay for the price and would happily return.”
“The service was excellent and good value. The pools are not heated which is a drawback and realistically you need a car. We had one so it made the location not an issue and a good hub. The staff were amazing and really friendly, the all took time out to speak to our children. The rooms were nice, spacious. Can have some downhill walks to certain villas but that wasn't an issue for us.”
“Great service, superb location with a wonderful garden and amazing views. The room was very big, nice, clean and quiet, the food was great and varied, the place was very clean and well maintained and there were plenty of activities to choose from on the premises. We also enjoyed the cretan night with traditional music, dances and food. All in all, a great experience at fair price. Also, the Cretan massage was the best massage I've had, although a bit pricey. However, Paula and Anna were great)”
“An absolutely amazing resort with the MOST amazing staff! The place is lovely and calming but the staff really made this vacation unforgettable. Couldn’t thank them enough, every single person was so kind and truly wanted us to have the best time. And the resort itself is so beautiful, with spacious rooms that offer a beautiful view of the sea and the mountains, relaxing activities (like yoga and mini golf), many restaurants and bars, a mini market and a beautiful garden. You won’t regret going there!!”
