“Had to choose between St Regis, The Ritz, and Four Seasons, and without a doubt, we made the right choice. Besides the stunning design and amazing restaurants, the standout experience is the quality and personal touch of their service, both the general and butler departments. Back to the food, you should definitely try the J&G steak restaurant and the Tianma Asian restaurant. We were pleasantly surprised and pleased by the menus’ variety and the quality and presentation of our food. Prices are also very reasonable, compared to prices in similar establishments, except for the alcohol tax with the cocktails. Thankfully, the zero-proof cocktails are even better made (in our opinion), so this shouldn’t be too much of a problem. All in all, we’ve definitely found our go-to resort for Cairo. Hopefully, they can maintain this quality for a very long time yet!”

“If I could give an extra 1000 stars for the service here I would. I stayed at the St Regis Cairo for two nights this past weekend and I have to say this may have been my best experience at a hotel ever. Outside of the Great Pyramid, this hotel is a shining star of Egypt. From the start, everyone from security to housekeeping was so welcoming, I felt like I was comfortable and at home. The hospitality was truly heartfelt. Upon check in we were given a complimentary upgrade to an Astor room. There were snacks and a beautiful greeting waiting for us. On our second day there, I had told the staff my girlfriend and I were celebrating Valentine’s Day, and they had left a bouquet of beautiful red roses for us in our room. Housekeeping set up our toiletries with us and offered services such as unpacking our bags, complimentary ironing, shoe buffs, and turn down service. The rooms were set up perfectly, amenities including coffee, water, and mini bar were stocked impeccably and often. The pillows and comforters are authentic down and allowed us to get the sleep of a lifetime. A few individuals I have to shout out - the various Mohammed’s and Mustafa’s in the butler services, guest services, and reception, who I am sorry I can’t remember the surname for but were amazing. Ahmed Fattah from housekeeping made sure our room was on point. And to the various staff members we interacted with throughout our experience at the bar, restaurant, and pool, thank you so much. Truly cannot speak highly enough for this hotel. Thank you to everyone and I am happy to be a loyal Bonvoy member.”

“We stayed in an Astor Suite with a Nile view for 5 nights in mid-October, as part of a trip to Cairo & Giza. The service right from our arrival at the front entrance, through the entire 5-day stay, until we departed, was exceptional. The butler service, provided by Mina, was far above and beyond what we expected. We would say that the service was pre-emptive, something that many luxury/5-star hotels do not deliver. The room was huge and very sound proofed with black-out curtains. Extremely comfortable bed, lighting and furnishings. A great night's sleep every night! Our terrace overlooked the Nile and it was lovely to sit out at night and watch the boats on the Nile. The breakfast service was very efficient and with a very comprehensive selection of food available. The eggs cooked to order, the barista-made coffee and the fresh juice bar were our favourites. We have to mention the member of staff who made juice for us every day - his service was exceptional (and he is the tallest person, at 6ft 9ins, we have ever met!!) We ate at J&G Steakhouse, on our first night and this was a superb meal, along with the service and the restaurant decor, as well as the views. La Zisa restaurant was also excellent with very attentive service and great views over the Nile. Tianma restaurant was superb. The service provided was fabulous and the food was excellent. We ended up eating here twice. The 7pm evening ritual with the champagne was lovely and the overall bar area and service was fabulous. We were surprised that there was a smoking area at the far end of the bar area. We recognise that this is common in Egypt but this is an international hotel! We had 3 treatments at the Iridium Spa, between us during our stay and they were all fabulous. The service provided in both the male and female areas was some of the best service we have ever experienced at a spa. The pool area was lovely and the pool service was excellent. We would have liked it to be non-smoking! Having the hotel directly opposite the Corniche was great and we really liked the 'walkover' bridge over the very busy road outside the hotel as we were not keen on crossing the busy road! We would come back to Cairo, just to stay at this hotel!”

“Our stay at The St. Regis Cairo was nothing short of exceptional and truly unforgettable. Breakfast each morning was a highlight, and Rasha made it incredibly special for us. Even though it’s an open buffet, she went above and beyond to personally serve us and spoiled us like no tomorrow. She thoughtfully brought over so many traditional Egyptian breakfast dishes with such care and warmth and her foul was absolutely amazing! It felt less like a buffet and more like a private, personalized dining experience. I also can’t say enough about the Butler team. A very special thank you to Mariam, who made our wedding anniversary so memorable with her thoughtful gestures and genuine hospitality. She truly made us feel celebrated and cared for. The level of service, attention to detail, and heartfelt dedication from the entire St. Regis team is on another level. You don’t just feel like guests you feel genuinely valued and welcomed. God bless the St. Regis Cairo team for creating such a beautiful experience. We can’t wait to come back.”
