“The hotel was brilliant. Rooms were clean, spacious, well stocked and comfortable. Good location, far out of the town enough to be quiet and relaxed, but close enough to still be in walking distance of everything. Reception is incredibly helpful, and there are buggies to drive you up and down the hill through the hotel. The restaurant is also great, included breakfast is lovely, and if you choose to eat outside of those times, lunch and dinner are also great. You most certainly will not regret staying here!”

“My partner and I stayed at St John Suites - Adults Only for five nights in early June, and overall we had a wonderful experience. We stayed in one of the suites with a private pool, which was modern, spacious, impeccably clean, and very comfortable. A special thank you to our housekeeper, who did an outstanding job every day and kept the suite spotless. One of the things we appreciated most about the resort was its adults-only concept. The absence of children created an exceptionally peaceful and relaxing atmosphere, making it the perfect place to unwind. Breakfast was another highlight. The hotel offers both a buffet and an à la carte menu with a good selection of mostly European dishes, giving guests plenty of variety throughout their stay. The reception team also deserves special recognition - they were genuinely welcoming, professional, and always eager to help. Whether it was arranging an excursion with our specific requirements, preparing a takeaway breakfast for an early morning tour, or accommodating a last-minute extension of our stay, they handled everything efficiently and with a smile. Having our own private pool made the stay feel truly luxurious. The only downside was that the water was quite cold, likely because of the hotel's beautiful mountainside location, but it was still a fantastic feature that we thoroughly enjoyed. That said, there are a few details that prevent the hotel from fully living up to its five-star rating. Individually they may seem minor, but together they create the impression that the hotel is trying to nickel-and-dime its guests. Complimentary bottled water is provided only on the first day. After that, guests are expected to purchase additional bottles at what felt like an unreasonably high price. For a luxury hotel, replenishing drinking water daily should be standard. Similarly, breakfast includes only basic black coffee. If you would like any other coffee option - or even a stronger coffee, as the standard one was unfortunately very weak - you have to pay an extra charge. Again, this feels out of place for a property that markets itself as a five-star hotel. Finally, the hotel sits on a very steep hill. While there is a complimentary shuttle cart, it only transports guests between the reception/restaurant and the suites. Anyone wanting to walk into Tsilivi must make the entire steep journey on foot. We noticed that the neighboring Olea All Suite Hotel provides guests with a complimentary shuttle service all the way down the hill and back, which is a thoughtful convenience that St John Suites could certainly consider offering. Despite these points, we genuinely enjoyed our stay. The beautiful accommodations, excellent staff, delicious breakfast, and tranquil adults-only atmosphere made for a memorable vacation. With a few improvements to the guest experience - particularly around the small extras that many five-star hotels include as standard - St John Suites could truly become an exceptional luxury destination.”

“Stayed in a suite with pool - really modern, very clean and the terrace / pool was the best we have experienced. Service was really good and food slightly fussy but delicious. Location is good but very glad we had half board and a car as although the town is close it is a very steep walk along narrow roads. Overall a fantastic relaxing holiday.”

“We had a really great time during our stay. The place felt very private and peaceful, and the staff were super friendly and helpful throughout. The restaurant was a nice surprise – good food, fair prices, and a relaxed atmosphere. We also made good use of the gym, and having private parking was really convenient. Our villa was spacious and perfect for a group – three bedrooms, separate bathrooms, a balcony, and even a private pool. Everything was clean and well taken care of. The cleaning service did a great job. One thing that made things really easy was the 24/7 shuttle service – it helped us get around the property without any hassle. All in all, we had a lovely stay and would definitely come back. Highly recommend!”
