Six Senses Ibiza

“For three days, we stayed at Six Senses Ibiza with high expectations, expecting the level of service associated with a world-class luxury resort. Unfortunately, our experience was deeply disappointing. Despite booking a Premium Room, we received almost no meaningful service throughout our stay. The concierge team was unable to assist us with restaurant reservations or provide the level of guest support we expected. We were repeatedly told that tables were unavailable, yet after speaking directly with hotel management, the same reservations suddenly became possible. This inconsistency was both frustrating and disappointing. Another major issue was the location of our room. Although we paid for a premium category, our room was approximately a 10-minute walk from the hotel’s main facilities, which significantly affected the overall comfort and convenience of our stay. Luxury hospitality is not just about beautiful architecture or stunning views—it is about exceptional service, attention to detail, and making guests feel valued. Sadly, this was not the experience we had. The property itself is beautiful, but the level of service did not reflect the standards expected from a hotel of this reputation. We hope this feedback is taken seriously so that future guests receive the experience they are promised.”

“It has been a stay full of wonderful surprises. We came here to celebrate our anniversary and were welcomed with such warmth and genuine kindness from the entire staff. When we arrived at our room, we were pleasantly surprised by the thoughtful amenities waiting for us. We especially recommend dining at the Beach Caves restaurant and trying the sea bass and the beef tenderloin—they were both outstanding. A heartfelt thank you to the entire team for making our stay so memorable. We had an incredible few days!”

The managers and the entire team were outstanding, attentive, warm, and genuinely professional. Thank you so much for making our vacation so special. We celebrated our child’s first birthday here, and it became a truly unforgettable experience for our family. The level of hospitality and care exceeded all expectations. A special thank you for the excellent room service - everything was always fast, smooth, and perfectly organized. The team was incredibly accommodating with our child as well. Breakfasts were prepared specially upon request for the baby every time, and there was never a single issue or inconvenience. Everything was handled easily, quickly, and with such care.”

“We had an incredible stay - spacious, clean room & incredible food. We were particularly moved by the energy & wellness offerings led by Martina! The beach caves is a must visit ! I do want to note that I noticed my wallet was missing once I arrived home - I did not remove it from the hotel room at anytime as it was inside my luggage and all charges were placed on the room. It’s not clear to me where it was misplaced, and there were no charges to any cards. I reached out to the hotel a few days ago to see if it was turned it. However, noting the other reviews, I thought this was important to include in my review.”

“We had such a brilliant stay here. The staff and facilities are absolutely fantastic - with a real eye for detail and making your stay feel extra special. We were apprehensive due to some previous negative reviews, however the hotel has recently gained an absolutely brilliant resort manager called Marzia who is absolutely incredible, and makes you feel extremely welcome, six senses are lucky to have her! Also a special shout out to Kátila who went above and beyond to accommodate our requests, nothing was too much effort and staff like Kátila truly make all the difference from a good to an incredible stay - so thank you! The food is also amazing, delicious and fresh. The prices are on the higher end but nothing unusual for a 5* hotel. Thank you to all the staff who made our stay a memorable one. We will definitely be returning.”
