“Overall, we had a lovely stay and created some great memories. The hotel is beautiful and the staff was friendly and welcoming. However, considering the price we paid, we expected much more. There were a few things that were disappointing. The drinking water provided was of very poor quality and simply wasn’t drinkable, so we had to keep buying bottled water throughout our stay or use the bottled water provided in the room. The bed sheets were changed only once during our stay, and that was only after I specifically requested it. The food was another letdown. The quality was not what we’ve experienced in Greece and the buffet had a very limited selection. During snack hours, the only options available were sandwiches and piadinas, which felt quite disappointing for an all inclusive resort. The alcoholic drinks were also below expectations and did not reflect the standard of a hotel in this category. We were expecting a “wow” resort, but unfortunately, it didn’t live up to our expectations. If you asked me whether I would return, I would honestly have to think twice before booking again.”

“We booked 9 nights for our honeymoon. It was awesome. Facilities were clean. The design top! Staff was super attentive and friendly. For my wife's birthday, I booked the Floating Breakfast experience, which came as ordered. Access to the beach was great (in the summer it can be crowded of course). The food in the buffet restaurant was plenty and good. If you are staying longer than a week, you get two vouchers for à la carte restaurants. The Cretan restaurant was one of my (many) highlights. If you are looking for improvements, the only thing I would suggest are the drinks - the alcoholics did not meet our taste, but nothing major really. All in all, great experience and I would book again anytime...”

“The Sea Side hotel is an absolutely beautiful place in a beautiful location. We had a relaxing and wonderful holiday here in one of the suites with the private pool. The food in the buffet restaurant and the a la carte restaurants was fantastic too. Mononaftis beach is a five minute walk down the cliff from the pool bar and it's a beautiful little cove with perfect swimming and beach snorkelling. You can get a pair of sunbeds there for 10 euros though if you arrive after 10pm you chance them all being full. The only thing that knocks a star off for me is the service. We were regularly unable to get a drink in the panorama bar after dinner because they did not have enough staff to run a table service and you weren't allowed to order at the bar. The quality of the drinks, unlike the food, was variable too. We found the service in the buffet restaurant hit and miss too, some staff were lovely and professional, others were rude and seemed to only offer good service to their favourites. The a la carte booking experience wasn't great either. We booked on the app immediately on arrival as we'd heard it was problematic and managed to get tables, though we didn't have a lot of choice. We heard of others struggling to get tables and yet every restaurant we went to was only half full. I would absolutely recommend this hotel to people I know, it just has a couple of rough edges that keep it from being the 5 star experience it claims.”

“Beautiful resort with great entertainment, but room for improvement in housekeeping. We really enjoyed our stay at Seaside A Lifestyle Resort. The resort itself is beautiful, in a lovely location, and the staff are incredibly kind and attentive. Honestly, you don’t even need to leave the resort because everything you need is right here. There are plenty of sports options, and the entertainment is fantastic, ranging from evening shows, singing, dancing, to cabarets. The all-inclusive restaurant offers a huge range of different, delicious options, and the starters, main courses, and desserts are extraordinary. The à la carte restaurants are also high quality, not only in terms of food but in service as well. The reasons I am giving 4 stars instead of 5 come down to a few details. First, there is no room service available. While this might be understandable for an all-inclusive resort, having this option would definitely make the stay more comfortable and premium. Second, I was slightly disappointed with the cleanliness of the room itself and the room mugs and glasses. Instead of being replaced with fresh, machine-washed ones, the cleaning staff simply rinses them in the room’s sink and not very properly. The bed sheets were not once changed during our seven nights stay. For a resort in this price category, proper hygiene should be a given. Despite these issues, we had a wonderful time and thoroughly enjoyed our stay.”

“We had a wonderful stay at the Seaside Lifestyle Resort and truly enjoyed every moment. The staff were always friendly, welcoming, and helpful, making us feel at home throughout our holiday. What made our stay especially memorable were the hotel cats. They completely stole our hearts! It was lovely to see that they always had fresh water available, and during our stay they were also neutered and received veterinary care. We think this is a fantastic and responsible initiative, showing that the hotel genuinely cares about the well-being of its animals. We really appreciate these efforts. To all future guests: Please take a moment to say hello to the cats, give them a cuddle, and show them some love.
