“The staff at this hotel went above and beyond, I have never been in an hotel where staff are so very friendly and helpful. It was like home from home. They always welcome you every time they see you and with a lovely smile. The hotel is very clean and well maintained, the rooms are large and modern with comfortable beds and lovely bathrooms. The food was excellent but could have been hotter, with plenty of variety. Our grandchildren loved the water park and the pool. The bar staff were friendly and obliging with premium drinks flowing freely. The location is good because it’s far enough away from the noise of protaras strip yet only a few minutes walk to the strip where there are loads of bars , shops etc. I would recommend this hotel especially for families”

The hotel itself was spotless, modern, and really well maintained. The rooms were comfortable and cleaned to a high standard every day, and the facilities were excellent—especially the pool area, which was perfect for relaxing. The food was also a highlight, with plenty of choice and great quality throughout our stay. “I have an absolutely wonderful stay at this resort and one of the highlights was definitely the food. The variety and quality exceeded my expectations!! Every meal felt carefully prepared . The Italian restaurant, in particular, was exceptional. It truly felt like dining in a high-end restaurant rather than a resort setting. Every dish we tried was beautifully presented and delicious. The service at the Italian restaurant was also outstanding. I would like to thank George the maitre of the hotel , he was attentive, friendly, and made the whole experience feel special and relaxed.”

“Well we're do it start I'm currently at the hotel, June2026 1st I booked this hotel as it had its own water park X Day 1 climed up the stairs with my 7 year old granddaughter, only to be told we arn't aloud We she was so upset as she was excited to go o. The slides. Next, every day she had nothing but luke warm Fries to eat as only fish fingers were on offer on for kids for 4 days in a row. Then chicken nuggets for 1 day. 2nd the bar closes at 11pm then you have to pay for your All-inclusive plus drinks. Then the pool is two small fo the amount of people who is staying there, as My granddaughter found out as numerous times she was hit in the face by people playing ball games. AlSo they have theamed food nights, well my last straw was a Greek night and I love Greek food as I've been coming Here for over 20 years. And not 1 thing could I eat Like lamb bones with scraps of Lamb on & baked beetroot & veg. But I could have chicken nuggets again like at lunch time. but my room was cleaned everyday by the great. Leaner This place is not a 4 star hotel”
