“From the moment I arrived, my experience at this hotel was nothing short of exceptional. The front desk staff were genuinely warm, attentive, and always ready to help, Gem, Özge, Onur and many more made me feel welcome throughout my stay. The breakfast buffet at the Galata lounge was amazing , I have to praise the team : Melissa, Mehmet, Burak , Ceren and many more were attentive professionals and excellent service to begin my day. The room was spotless, thanks to Halise and Mustafa. Bed incredibly comfortable, with choice of pillows was thoughtfully considered. The amenities were top-notch, Octo restaurant on 9th floor fabulous view , the skull& Bones bar had great drinks food and music & food. Every aspect—from check-in to check-out—was seamless and exceeded my expectations. I would absolutely return and highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a truly outstanding stay.⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️”

“Amazing location and wonderful staff! The hotel is located in a vibrant neighborhood with lots of cafes, restaurants and small shops. It is within short walking distance from the tram station which makes it easy to reach the main sights. The rooftop bar terrace, the Octo restaurant and the breakfast area of the hotel offer, in my opinion, some of the best views over the Bosphorus, the Galata Tower and the old town. The hotel staff is courteous and very kind. Special thanks to our concierge, Halil, who helped us with dinner recommendations and arranged a lovely table with view over the Bosphorus at an authentic Turkish restaurant.”

“The hotel is very beautiful, and its location next to the new Galata Mall is excellent. The room size is very suitable, and the decoration, lobby, and gym are all beautiful. I was especially impressed by the warm welcome from all the staff. From the moment you enter the hotel, starting at the entrance, everyone makes you feel welcome and tries to assist you.
