The villa sits in the quiet residential district of Parsch, a 10- to 15-minute walk or a short bus ride from the Altstadt, with a garden, a pond and a sun terrace. Rooms are stylish and comfortable, several look recently renovated, and parking right by the room makes arriving by car easy. The drawbacks are practical.
