Il Giardino Segreto: We had great pizza here—a fantastic, delicious spot for a meal! The service here is world-class, and we want to extend a massive thank you to the incredible team who looked after us: Front Desk & Check-in: Elenne (1st floor check-in), Demetria (suite check-in), and Lemprini at check-out. Concierge & Bell Desk: Fanis at the bell desk and both concierges named George for their flawless assistance. Dining Team: Polyxeni, Kostos, and Katarina for starting our mornings perfectly. “Stayed here 4 nights in a July and our suite was wonderful. Bed was extremely comfortable, bathroom huge and well appointed, staff just perfect. But my all time favorite was the breakfast buffet. The yogurt bar was amazing, the service top notch, the view of the Acropolis unbeatable, the local foods / pastries a joy. We had drinks in the downstairs lounge and that experience was divine.”

“Had a wonderful stay here during a conference recently. The hotel is beautiful. Security was high during the first half of the stay due to a political figure being on property but that wasn’t a major issue. Check in was easy, they were incredibly accommodating and helpful. The room was fantastic, the only issue I had was the tub drain cap was broken in my bathroom so draining the bath was a challenge. Service was impeccable in the restaurants, the view was spectacular, food was terrific and options were great. The conference services were great, they do a wonderful job. All in all I highly recommend this for a luxury option. Turn down service was delightful.”
