“I’ve spent 4 nights at this hotel in a Life Experience with the members of MWRlife. I loved every aspect of this trip, the location, the spacious and cleanliness of the rooms, the Italian traditional food and the people I’ve met. I’ll definitely recommend and would come back again. Thanks to the team that have taken care of our breakfast and dinner service, also the front desk (Roberta), and the housekeeping team (Rita). Well done everyone. 😇🙏🏻🤍”

“Hotel walking distance from the center. Rooms small but clean and comfortable. Breakfast on top floor, great view, with good selection of cheese. Staff pleasant and helpful in the morning. Totally opposite in the evening. Went for a drink at 9.30 ( closes at 10.00), was told before sitting down by the staff and agreed to leave at 10.00pm but then the staff started to close in advance , by closing the windows, switching on a strongh light ( no more view on the city center view) sweeping the floor and cleaning tables making it arkward and obvious for all the guests to leave earler at 09.45. I found the unacceptale and staff rude.”

“I honestly have no idea how this hotel has a 4-star rating. The entire property feels extremely old, outdated, and poorly maintained. Both the rooms and the common areas are in desperate need of renovation. To make matters worse, one of the two elevators was out of service during our stay, which meant waiting 10–15 minutes every time we wanted to go up or down. This is simply unacceptable for a hotel of this size and category. The staff at the front desk were unfriendly and unwelcoming, making us feel like we were bothering them whenever we asked for assistance. On top of that, the hotel doesn’t even provide an iron for guests, which is a basic amenity that many much cheaper hotels offer. Finally, the price is far too high for what this hotel offers. It is extremely overpriced and does not come close to delivering the quality you would expect from a 4-star hotel.”

“I stayed at this hotel in April 2026, and everything—from the reservation process and check-in to check-out—went as smoothly and perfect as one would expect from a great hotel. A special mention goes to the stunning view from the breakfast terrace, as well as the breakfast itself, both of which were truly fantastic.”

“Perfect location, comfy beds, nice breakfast, fantastic view from the skybar. They have a garage for guest cars, but you need to walk there 400m.”
