Although we experienced a delay of around two hours at check in, the way the team handled the situation completely exceeded our expectations. The manager was incredibly kind, professional, and genuinely committed to making things right. To our surprise, they offered us a complimentary future night with an upgrade at a date of our choice, a gesture we truly appreciated. We believe that occasional issues can happen anywhere, but what really defines a hotel is how they respond. The way Hotel Arts handled the situation showed us how much they genuinely value their guests and their satisfaction. A special mention also goes to the concierge team, who were exceptionally helpful and consistently went above and beyond whenever we needed anything. We left extremely satisfied and with an excellent impression of the hotel. We will definitely be happy to return”

“Our stay at Hotel Arts Barcelona was exceptional from start to finish. Every aspect of the experience exceeded our expectations. The hospitality was truly impeccable, the staff was warm, attentive, professional, and always eager to help with a genuine smile. The room was spacious, spotless, and offered stunning views. The bed was comfortable, and every detail reflected luxury and care. The bathroom was elegant and beautifully designed, making it feel like a private spa. The location is fantastic, just steps from the beach and within easy reach of many of Barcelona's top attractions. We ordered food a few times pool side and room service- plenty of options with delicious food and excellent service. One of our favorite features was the pool, which was open 24 hours a day, making it easy to enjoy a relaxing swim whenever we wanted. The hotel is also incredibly family friendly. They offered complimentary daily activities for children, which were thoughtfully organized and so much fun. Our favorites included a muffin making class and a mosaic art class. What truly sets Hotel Arts Barcelona apart is its unwavering commitment to exceptional guest service. Every interaction made us feel welcomed and valued. It was a memorable stay, and we would gladly return. We highly recommend Hotel Arts Barcelona to anyone looking for a luxurious, relaxing, and family friendly stay in Barcelona.”

“Very high quality on every level! We’ve been personally welcomed by the duty Manager, which doesn’t happen to often. Rooms are big nicely designed and with beautiful view. Amazing food in the restaurant close to the pool. Pool beat to crowded, but it’s normal in this period. There are many waiters at the pool, so you don’t have to wait for the order. And customer service - amazing quality!”
