The hotel is beautiful, the food was absolutely delicious, and the service throughout our stay was exceptional. Every member of staff we met was super friendly and attentive. The hotel perfectly combines luxury, atmosphere, and impeccable service, creating a truly first-class experience in the south of Tenerife. One of the standout highlights of our stay was the poolside bar service. The team works tirelessly throughout the day, always attentive, friendly, and professional. In particular, Mary deserves special recognition. Her service was impeccable — she ensured our drinks were refreshed all day long, always with a warm smile and genuine attentiveness. Nothing was ever too much trouble. She anticipated what we needed before we even had to ask, which made our days by the pool effortless and relaxing. The staff speak fluent English, which makes everything seamless for international guests, and their dedication and work ethic are clear to see. They are consistently attentive despite the busy atmosphere, and they truly are a credit to the establishment. Beyond the service, the hotel itself is beautifully maintained, with fantastic pools, a vibrant atmosphere, and excellent facilities. The food and drink options are varied and high quality, and the overall standard throughout the resort is outstanding. We left feeling genuinely looked after and already looking forward to returning. A well-deserved five stars.”

“We recently stayed at the Hard Rock Hotel Tenerife and came away with mixed feelings. From the outside, it certainly looks like a 5-star resort, but once you start paying attention to the details, it doesn't live up to that standard. The hotel appears to be suffering from a lack of maintenance. Many areas are showing signs of wear, from the roof and flooring to cracked or deteriorating joints. The gym was particularly disappointing, with rusty equipment and several machines that were either broken or clearly overdue for replacement. Service was inconsistent throughout our stay. Housekeeping regularly forgot to replenish tea and coffee, and no one informed us on the first day that the canned water in the room was complimentary. It often felt like the hotel focuses on making a great first impression, but the quality behind the scenes doesn't match what you'd expect from a luxury hotel. Many staff members looked exhausted and overwhelmed, which unfortunately affected the guest experience. Around the pool, the towel staff often seemed more interested in chatting with each other than serving guests, and they frequently forgot to return towel cards. Speaking of the towel cards, the whole system feels unnecessary. When you're on holiday, you shouldn't have to worry about keeping track of extra cards. The room-access wristbands were also disappointing—they felt cheap and uncomfortable. A simple soft plastic or silicone bracelet would have been far more comfortable. That said, there were some highlights that deserve recognition. Yvan was exceptional—always smiling, welcoming, energetic, and genuinely happy to help. He made us feel valued every time we interacted with him. The Montauk Steakhouse was excellent, with delicious food and attentive staff who were always available and professional. The standout experience, however, was the spa. The treatments, facilities, and overall level of service there truly reflected what a 5-star hotel should offer. It was by far the best part of our stay. Overall, the Hard Rock Hotel Tenerife has the potential to be a fantastic resort, but it needs significantly better maintenance, more consistent service, and greater attention to detail before it can genuinely justify its 5-star rating.”

The hotel was spotless, and the housekeeping team maintained a very high standard of cleanliness throughout my stay. The service was outstanding, with friendly and professional staff always willing to help. The breakfast offered a great variety of fresh and delicious options, making every morning enjoyable. I especially loved the adults-only pool area, which provided a relaxing atmosphere and was very well maintained. I would also like to give special recognition to Cristine at the Rock Shop. She was exceptionally kind, helpful, and welcoming, making my shopping experience even more enjoyable. Thank you to the entire team for a fantastic stay. “We had a fantastic 10-night stay at Hard Rock Hotel Tenerife and couldn't have asked for a better holiday. The hotel is modern, spotless, and has an amazing atmosphere from the moment you arrive. The pools are excellent, there are always plenty of sunbeds, and the entertainment throughout the day and evening kept the resort lively without feeling overcrowded. Our room was spacious, comfortable, and cleaned to a very high standard every day. The all-inclusive package was excellent, with a great selection of food and drinks, and every member of staff we met was friendly, professional, and always willing to help. One of the highlights of our stay was dining at the Steakhouse. The food was outstanding, with perfectly cooked steaks and a great atmosphere. We would especially like to thank our waitress, Valentina M. Dachi, who made our evening unforgettable. She was warm, attentive, friendly, and went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. Her excellent service really stood out and is a credit to both the restaurant and the hotel. Overall, Hard Rock Hotel Tenerife exceeded our expectations. We made some amazing memories and wouldn't hesitate to return.
