Just returned from a fantastic 4 day trip to Alicante staying at the Eurostars. I’ve stayed in most of the hotels in Alicante and I can safely say this was a great experience- the team on the front desk couldn’t do enough for us, I was so delighted when they delivered up a special gift for my birthday to our suite. The hotel is open only 4 years and the group has done an amazing job with the level of con for and finishes in the hotel - all to a very high standard. Perfectly managed, perfect location Highly recommended - 5 stars 🌟 🌟🌟🌟🌟

We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The location is excellent - close to the waterfront and right in the city center. The rooms were very nice and high quality, and it was quiet with no street noise at all. The staff were extremely kind and attentive, and they listened to our request for a larger bed, which we really appreciated. There’s also a beautiful rooftop bar and a very good breakfast, where they even serve prosecco - a lovely touch for tourists.

Hotel is situated perfectly in the city center, close to the beach, bars, restaurants. Rooms are good size and extremely clean. Reception staff especially Edu, Malika, and tall gentleman I couldn’t remember the name (sorry) was wonderful. Guided us through the city and very helpful when you have questions. Roof top bar is great plus, good choices and service is great with very reasonable prices. Definitely recommend the hotel for people who are thinking to visit Alicante.

Stayed here for 2 nights December 25 after spending time with friends in Denia. I was a bit concerned after entering our room as it overlooked the square with the Christmas statues but have to say that the sound proofing was excellent. Even the door to the room and wardrobe doors were soft close, much better than being woken up by early morning traffic at Hospes Amerigo! To be fair though Hospes roof terrace is bigger and more comprehensive!

PS: found black mold Upon arrival, I was first assigned what I believe was room 410. The room had a very steep slanted ceiling and a window that technically could be opened. However, the window was fitted with solid shutters, meaning that in order to get any meaningful natural light into the room, the window had to be opened. This creates a practical problem: you cannot reasonably have the window open while running the air conditioning. As a result, the room either felt dark and enclosed, or warm and impractical. The overall impression was poor ventilation and very limited daylight. I requested a different room with better window access, which the hotel did provide — something I do appreciate. However, the second room was not much of an improvement. The window faced directly into a nearby building at extremely close range, offering virtually no view and very limited natural light. The bathroom conditions were particularly disappointing. The drainage was extremely poor, resulting in the entire bathroom floor becoming soaked after showering. In addition, the water pressure from the ceiling-mounted shower head was very weak. More concerning was the visible black mold in the bathroom, which suggests this is not a new or isolated issue. This significantly affected my perception of cleanliness and hygiene. Another issue is the overall layout of the hotel. The internal floor plan is unnecessarily complex and difficult to navigate. It feels as though the building’s structure has been forced to accommodate multiple “tower” sections in a way that makes the floor numbering and transitions between areas confusing. As a result, the single elevator becomes critical to almost all movement within the hotel. Because it is difficult to orient yourself and find staircases, the elevator effectively becomes a bottleneck, creating unnecessary congestion and waiting time. Finally, I found the reception to be inflexible regarding payment arrangements. I requested to be charged the following day in order to avoid high weekend currency conversion fees. I fully understand the hotel’s need for payment security and would have been entirely comfortable with the amount being authorized or reserved on my card. However, they were unwilling to accommodate charging the card the next day, which felt unnecessarily rigid. While the hotel may appear modern and centrally located, the room quality, bathroom maintenance issues, impractical window solution, complicated layout, and lack of flexibility at reception made this a disappointing stay overall.
