“The food was delicious, and impressive, but the overall service was disappointing for a Michelin-starred restaurant. €90 per person for the 3-course menu (excluding drinks) and expected a corresponding level of fine dining service. Unfortunately, the service score was 3/10 at best: - Basic table awareness was missing - Dishes were served without any introduction or explanation of the ingredients. - The wait time between courses was excessively long. - The staff seemed completely inattentive and rarely kept an eye on the dining floor. Great food alone does not make a Michelin 1-star experience when the front-of-house service is this neglected.”

“The food was absolutely delicious and the view was stunning. This restaurant has all the ingredients for a truly memorable dining experience. Unfortunately, our experience was overshadowed by our waiter, who was surprisingly rude and impatient throughout the meal. We were left waiting multiple times, but what really disappointed us happened when we asked if he could take a group photo for us. The entire interaction lasted less than 20 seconds. He took our phone, immediately started snapping pictures before we had even finished moving our chairs or gotten into position, and then handed the phone back. When we said, “Okay, we’re ready now,” he told us he was “too busy” and didn’t have time to take another photo. The only photos left on our phone were of us still rearranging our chairs and getting ready. What made this even more confusing was that earlier he had happily spent several minutes helping the table next to us take photos, patiently directing them on where to stand and taking multiple shots until they were satisfied. Seeing that, it was hard not to wonder why we were treated so differently. Whether it was discrimination or simply selective service, it certainly felt unfair. It’s such a shame that such a beautiful restaurant with amazing food and breathtaking views is let down by service like this. We sincerely hope management pays more attention to consistency in hospitality, because every guest deserves to be treated with the same level of respect.”

“We had such a lovely evening at Château Eza. The location is absolutely stunning, set in the heart of the medieval village with breathtaking views over the cliffs and the coastline. We were welcomed onto the terrace to enjoy a drink before dinner, which was a really nice touch. The staff were kind, attentive and made us feel very welcome throughout the evening. One of the team recommended a wonderful wine that paired perfectly with our meal. The food was outstanding, honestly some of the best we've had. At the end of the evening, we were even given a little treat to take home for the next morning, which was such a thoughtful gesture. Combined with the beautiful setting and the excellent service, it made for a memorable evening. We would happily return.”

“Château Eza completely lived up to the hype—honestly, it exceeded my expectations in every way. Up high on a rocky cliff with views over the Mediterranean, it felt like a private hideaway. It blends into the village with total seclusion and luxury. The views from the terraces, restaurant, and rooms are spectacular. Sunset here is unforgettable. Our room featured exposed stone walls, a luxurious bathroom, and a private balcony overlooking the Riviera. It felt romantic, timeless, and incredibly comfortable. The service was impeccable, attentive without being intrusive. Highly recommend.”
