“The staff is nice and helpful. The location is great BUT the hotel itself is very outdated. The price you are paying is not worth it all - small lobby, dirty carpets, windows and lift. Looks like they have not renovated it since the opening. The furniture is also old. Literally, you cannot even compare it to Four Seasons. I would say that it looks like a 3 star hotel. Quite disappointing for the high rates.”

The hotel is elegant, peaceful, and perfectly located in the heart of Milan while still feeling private and tucked away from the busy city. The rooms and suites are beautifully designed with luxurious finishes and incredible attention to detail. What keeps bringing us back, though, is the service. The staff consistently goes above and beyond to make every stay feel special and personalized. From the warm welcome at check-in to the concierge recommendations and overall hospitality, everything feels seamless and refined. The atmosphere throughout the hotel is sophisticated yet comfortable, and the garden area is one of our favorite places to relax after a day in the city. “Although the location is not as good as Park Hyatt, the services and everything else made it an unforgettable experience. Everyone on the lobby remembers my name, restaurant and spa are great! Room is as nice as a Bvlgari hotel should be, the extra pillows from the menu is worthwhile too!”

“I stayed at this hotel for my birthday expecting a special experience, but it turned out to be a huge disappointment. The breakfast was completely bland and below average. The juice tasted like it had been sitting there for hours and was definitely not fresh, the tea was cold, and the service was absolutely terrible. The overall experience was far below the standard this hotel claims to offer. I left very disappointed and would never stay here again.”
