What Guests Loved
- Housed in a converted former transformer station, the hotel pairs raw concrete accents with plush, high-end furnishings to create a distinct aesthetic.
- Situated in the heart of Copenhagen, the property offers easy walking access to the Strøget shopping street, Nyhavn, and local transit hubs.
Things to Consider
- Due to the building's industrial heritage as a transformer station, a few interior-facing rooms receive less natural daylight. Guests preferring bright spaces should request upper-floor street-facing options.
- Standard rooms can feel snug, particularly for those traveling with significant luggage. Upgrading to a suite offers more generous living space and additional comfort.

Reviews from Google“The staff is so helpful, knowledge and friendly! Shout out to David A, but really everyone was so friendly and helpful. Food was great too, lots of healthy options for breakfast. The rooms were so cute and very modern. The hotel itself is also well decorated and very nice looking too”
“Boutique hotel, extremely well located for walking everywhere. The young staff is super nice and always helpful. The rooms are very well designed, beds are comfy, you can’t hear any noises from the street or hotel (I stayed on the first floor). Breakfast is made of demand with decent menu (don’t expect a big buffet). It’s very well present and very tasty. Highly recommended.”
“⭐☆☆☆☆ Disappointing Experience for a 5-Star Hotel Unfortunately, this hotel did not meet the standards expected from a five-star property. The welcome was cold and unprofessional. We were simply given a key and sent to our room, with no explanation of the hotel or its services. The room and bed were much smaller than expected, and the overall experience lacked hospitality and attention to detail. We were also charged for three breakfasts that we never consumed, which could have been avoided with better communication. Despite acknowledging several shortcomings, the hotel offered no meaningful solution. Overall, a disappointing experience and far below five-star standards.”
“What a perfect hotel for exploring Copenhagen. The location couldn't be better. The lobby and the rooms were exceptional, and best of all the staff was overly kind. Big shout out to Dennis who checked us in and helped us with dinner plans. He was also very fun to chat with! We had a great time and would not hesitate to stay here again.”
“Perfect location, about 15 min from the airport by metro. I booked a standard room which is indeed small but well laid out and very modern. The staff was helpful and welcoming. Breakfast is included but could be improved, no choice because its the same breakfast plate everyday. Everything is within walking distance, I totally recommand this hotel.”
What guests actually say
