“Currently enjoying a lovely holiday in Tenerife. The hotel is very modern and clean both in the rooms and outside areas. The rooms themselves are large which is great for families. The activities for children are really good and very varied. The pools are nice and warm and my children have basically been swimming all day every day. The food so far has been great - lots of choice at the buffet which is wonderful. The only issue is the wind (which I appreciate the hotel cannot do anything about) but it is problematic when sitting by the pools - you cannot leave anything not clipped down and using the umbrellas for shade is tricky as they catch regularly in the gusts.”

“Currently here on a family holiday and loving it! The staff are so helpful and working so hard to make your stay so comfortable and fun. The entertainments team have been brilliant, from kids club, to water activities at the pool and generally keeping the mood fun. The evening shows are wonderful professional productions that are worthy of the West End! The hotel is spacious, clean and welcoming. The castle was one of the highlights of our trip, it’s like something magical and lights us at night which was special for my girls. Good and drinks are available all day and easy to access by everyone. The cocktails at the Infinity Bar are so good!”

“We’ve just returned from an amazing stay at Bahia Principe Fantasia Tenerife and would highly recommend it to any family with young children. The hotel itself is beautiful, spotlessly clean and has everything you need for a relaxing family holiday. The pools and splash park were fantastic, the rooms were spacious and comfortable, and there was always plenty of choice when it came to food. The evening shows were excellent and really added something special to each night. Overall, the hotel has been designed with families in mind. What really made this holiday stand out, though, was the entertainment team. They were absolutely incredible with our children from the moment we arrived until the day we left. Their energy, enthusiasm and genuine care were outstanding. They took the time to get to know the kids, remembered their names, encouraged them to join in activities and made every child feel included and special. You could tell they genuinely love what they do, and it made such a difference to our holiday. Seeing our children so excited every day to take part in the activities and interact with the entertainment staff was priceless. They created memories that our family will be talking about for years to come. Thank you to everyone at Bahia Principe Fantasia for such a wonderful holiday. We’ll definitely be back!”

“This hotel is lovely, filled with lots of amenities keeping families in mind. However, downfall is; they don't communicate or explain much during check in- whereby your discovering things for yourself most of the time. Reception staff could be more inviting and friendly- this would really help with the experience. My children have had a fantastic time though and its a great place for families. However I am a bit confused as to how it's got a 5 star. We have stayed in 5 star hotels all around the world and they deliver much better in terms of service. Anyhow good stay and would probably return again - for the kids.”

“⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ What an incredible holiday at Bahia Principe Explore Tenerife. This trip meant more to our family than just a holiday, as it was the last place my dad visited before he sadly passed away from cancer. Coming back with all nine of us was an emotional experience, giving us the chance to share old memories, make new ones, and celebrate his life together. From the moment we arrived, every member of staff made us feel so welcome. The service was outstanding throughout our stay. The food was fantastic with plenty of choice, the rooms were spotless and felt like true luxury, and the whole hotel exceeded our expectations. One member of staff deserves a very special mention – Tyrese. He is an absolute gentleman whose kindness, professionalism and genuine care made our holiday even more special. He is a real credit to the hotel. A visit to Siam Park was the perfect addition to an unforgettable week, and we can honestly say we’ll definitely be returning .
