“We had a fantastic experience at Atlantica Ocean Beach Resort in Maleme, Crete. The entire resort was spotless, the rooms were comfortable, and the staff were exceptionally friendly and welcoming. The entertainment team did a great job, keeping both adults and children entertained throughout our stay. The food was amazing, with a wide variety of delicious options to suit every taste. The reception staff were always helpful, and the customer relations team was outstanding. A special thank you to Mariangela, who went above and beyond to make our holiday even more enjoyable. Her kindness, professionalism, and genuine care made a real difference. We highly recommend this resort and would happily return in the future!”

“We left the resort with mixed feelings. There are certainly positives, but for a hotel that presents itself as a five-star resort, several aspects fell well below our expectations. The rooms are noticeably small. The main restaurant was a disappointment. Although there was plenty of food, the quality was average and lacked the standard we expected from a five-star hotel. On several mornings, some members of the service staff appeared visibly tired and were openly yawning while looking guests. Reception was inconsistent. The ladies at reception were friendly and welcoming, but not every interaction with the front desk gave us the same impression. We were also disappointed to discover that Jasmine is actually a buffet restaurant. In our visit, it had been presented as an à la carte experience, so this came as an unpleasant surprise. The person in charge was amazing but in a resort of this category, we expected more than one true à la carte restaurant, with Oregano being the only one.”

“Lovely resort. One large pool in sections. Slide fun for the kids. Good mix of pool and sea (as long as you’re lucky with the wind and the waves). The staff and animators were great too. Big thank you to Efi and her lunch staff for such great care.”

“We had a fantastic stay at Atlantica Ocean Beach Resort. The rooms were great, very clean, comfortable, and a lovely place to relax after a day in the sun. The sea views were beautiful, and the setting made the whole holiday feel really special. Watching the sunrise and sunset from the resort was one of the real highlights, absolutely stunning and something we will definitely remember. The service throughout the hotel was excellent, but we would especially like to mention Efi in the main restaurant. She was friendly, welcoming, and always made us feel well looked after. Little touches like that make a big difference. Overall, a wonderful resort with great rooms, beautiful views, amazing sea, stunning sunrises and sunsets, and fantastic service. We would happily return.”
