What Guests Loved
- Selected guest rooms feature private terraces overlooking the water, offering a direct view of the city's maritime life. This allows for a private experience of the canal away from the public walkways.
- The property integrates contemporary art and minimalist furniture into a restored historic building. This approach provides a sophisticated alternative to the traditional, heavy decor often found in many Venetian luxury hotels.
Things to Consider
- The hotel occupies a prime real estate position, which is reflected in the nightly rates during major events. Travelers may find more competitive pricing during the quieter winter months.
- Due to its central location, the nearby streets can become busy during the afternoon hours. However, the hotel’s internal soundproofing ensures that the living quarters remain quiet and shielded from the external noise.

Reviews from Google“This is one of the coolest hotels I’ve ever been to. The design, the details… just 🤌🤌🤌. If you haven’t been to Venice, you simply must go… and if you have the means to stay at the a Venice Venice Hotel… you simply must stay here… it is so choice 👌👌👌. The staff was exceptional. The room was spectacular. Love the location and the restaurant & store were very cool too!”
“The Most Creative Way to Stay Uncomfortable I have to admire the creativity. Most hotels simply give you a room. This one gives you a puzzle. You enter through the bathroom, which is very convenient if your dream has always been to welcome guests with, “Please, walk through the toilet and I'll meet you in the living room.” The minibar contains a packet of uncooked pasta. No kitchen. No stove. No pot. Just pasta. A bold commitment to the concept of optimism. In the wardrobe, you'll find a giant YETI cooler. Presumably for your upcoming wilderness expedition through downtown Venice. The room also features a surprise step in the middle of the floor. During the day it's confusing. At night it's interactive. And the sink is made from what appears to be a recycled oil drum, because nothing says romantic Venetian getaway quite like washing your face at what feels like a small industrial facility. I left with two questions: Why Joseph Beuys face covering every wall of the room? And why was I given survival equipment and dry pasta?”
“This hotel is a beautiful fusion between modern and the ancient Roman architecture of Venice. Every detail thought through with meticulous taste revels a hotel that feels like a contemporary night at a museum. Elegant, yet comfortable, this hotel has the most creative atmosphere and the touches of a palace. The breakfast is exquisite right by the canal and the Rialto bridge. The bedrooms are large and the beds are like sleeping on a cloud. The sound isolation is spot on. They have a small but mighty gym. And a beautiful treatment room. The views from every window reveal a gem blended with the art pieces selected by the owners Francesca & Alessandro Gallo. I highly recommend this hidden gem of Venice!”
“An absolutely unforgettable stay. The Venice Venice Hotel is without question one of the most beautiful hotels we have had the privilege to experience — and we travel often. The aesthetic vision is remarkable: a bold yet refined dialogue between Venetian heritage and contemporary design. Every space feels curated, intentional, and inspiring. What truly sets this hotel apart, however, is the service. It was simply incredible. Attentive yet discreet, warm yet impeccably professional — the team delivers a level of hospitality that feels both natural and exceptional. You can sense genuine care behind every interaction. Bravo to the entire team for creating such a unique and memorable experience. We are already looking forward to coming back.”
“Amazing service by the staff. We were greeted by Valentina who offered us arrival espressos and so kindly upgraded our room. We had a corner suite facing the Rialto bridge, amazing view! Sharmila made our breakfast so enjoyable and was amenable to whatever the kids wanted to order. She also organized 3 to-go boxes for the kids for our early flight the next morning. Finally Manuel who helped us catch a very early flight and set up our taxi while organizing the luggage. This is a beautiful hotel in the middle of everything, an oasis from the crowds. Not having an afternoon spritz on the Grand Canal was my only regret! Hangers...odd thing to point out but they're fixed on the closet rods. Tough for families who have smaller childrens clothes.”
