“⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ A Wonderful Stay at Savoy Sharm El Sheikh I had a truly enjoyable experience at the Savoy Sharm El Sheikh. Despite the hotel being almost fully booked during my stay, the level of service remained consistently excellent throughout, which speaks volumes about the professionalism and organization of the team. The cleanliness of the hotel was outstanding. From the rooms to the public areas, everything was impeccably maintained and presented, creating a comfortable and relaxing atmosphere. A special thank you goes to Ahmed and Soliman at the Safari Bar. Their hospitality, attention to detail, and cocktail-making skills were exceptional. Every drink was prepared perfectly, and they always served guests with a smile and genuine warmth. I would also like to recognize Rasha at the breakfast buffet. She was incredibly welcoming, attentive, and helpful every morning, making breakfast a pleasant start to each day. The Turkish Restaurant deserves special mention as well. It became my favorite spot for midday meals, offering delicious food, excellent service, and a wonderful dining atmosphere. Overall, Savoy Sharm El Sheikh delivered a memorable experience with outstanding service, remarkable cleanliness, and dedicated staff who genuinely care about their guests. I look forward to returning in the future and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Sharm El Sheikh.”

“Amazing experience from start to finish! One of the best parts of our stay was the outstanding Francorosso animation team. The staff were friendly, energetic, and incredibly inclusive. They made everyone feel welcome and involved, regardless of age or background, creating a fun and positive atmosphere every day. The location is a major advantage—set directly on the Red Sea with immediate access to some of the clearest water and most vibrant marine life in the region. The private beach is well-maintained, and the snorkeling experience alone justifies the stay. Rooms are spacious, clean, and consistently serviced to a high standard. Attention to detail is evident in both housekeeping and overall upkeep. The staff operates with efficiency and professionalism, handling requests quickly without unnecessary friction. Dining options are diverse and reliable. Whether at the buffet or à la carte restaurants, food quality remains consistent, with strong international offerings and well-executed local dishes. Service in the restaurants mirrors the rest of the resort—attentive without being intrusive. The pool areas are well-designed, with enough space to avoid crowding, and the overall atmosphere stays controlled rather than chaotic. Security and organization across the resort are noticeable, which adds to the sense of ease throughout the stay. Overall, Savoy Sharm El Sheikh delivers a high-level resort experience with strong execution across service, amenities, and location. Rasha and Mina were extremely helpful for our entire stay and made me feel like family. It operates with consistency, which is what ultimately separates it from average resorts.”

“Our 9 night stay at the Savoy was very pleasant. There's plenty to do and the staff are great and friendly especially Ashraf at the pool who was always friendly and welcoming and nothing was too much trouble for him. If there were no sun beds available, he went out of his way to source some for us even if it meant going as far as the beach to get them! Beshoy in House keeping was also great - very friendly and kept our room spotless. Only feedback I would give is that there is nowhere to eat between 16.30 and 18.30 except room service. All in all, highly recommended for a relaxing stay.”
