My husband, three children and I stayed at this amazing hotel for a week in July. We were in a two bedroom suite on the second floor. The rooms were lovely and spacious, bright and airy, both had a bathroom attached. We had a beautiful lounge area which was comfortable enough to fit all 5 of us. The hotel is a beautiful mix of modern and heritage. The walkways connecting all the buildings are gorgeous and bright being all glass. The restaurant breakfast was spectacular, fresh pastries, fruit, cold meats, cheeses, yogurt, fresh juices as well as hot meals to order, pancakes, eggs, avocado on toast, bacon, has Briens etc. The hotel has a relaxing garden courtyard to sit and read in the sunshine. I attended the hotel spa and had a facial. I left on cloud 9. The staff were all fantastic. They were friendly, polite, happy and helpful. We also went on the hotels boat tour of the canals, the boat was beautiful!! The hotel is located on such a fantastic spot, easy to walk to all areas of Amsterdam, close to shopping, restaurants, 15 minute walk to museums, ferry’s. Close enough to walk to the red light district but far enough away to not be surrounded by the party scene. I will happily recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Amsterdam and will return there ourselves!

The location of this hotel is perfect. It has an old world charming hotel with comfortable sitting throughout the lobby area. The outdoor garden dinning is just beautiful. It in the heart of town five minutes from the cafes and diners. There is even an ice cream shop with an 8 minute walk from the hotel. The bedroom was comfortable with ceramic coffee cups and saucers for hot coffee and hot tea.

I would highly suggest making sure you are not in any of the rooms on the first floor along the street. It is always loud, always. From tourists, to locals and even the hotel setting stuff up. We were told we were going to have a quiet courtyard view and then ended up on the street side. When we checked in the room was beautiful. The bed was comfy but the pillows were terrible. There is a mini bar but you have no access to use the fridge. If you move an item, you pay for it. Breakfast was very nice. After we settled into the room, we noticed that someone else's hair was along the back wall of the bathroom and the door. It took going to the front desk twice to get someone to clean our bathroom. They offered us dinner or lunch then never followed through. Aside from this the hotel is in a great location. Walkable to so many restaurants, attractions (anne frank house) and easy to get an Uber or taxi. 20 minutes from the airport.

European travel means a different level of hospitality. The rooms are somewhat smaller but the charm is much warmer. This hotel is magnificent, as is the Pulitzer Bar and Garden Restaurant. The location is perfect, within walking distance of everything you want to see. They are one of Amsterdam's highest rated hotels for good reason. Would highly recommend letting them pamper you while in this incredible city. Thank you, Pulitzer Hotel, for a perfect ending to a perfect vacation.

Stayed in this beautiful Hotel in central Amsterdam last weekend, check in was really easy and the staff very friendly. We stayed in the art suite and our room was full of assorted art works and very well laid out. A nice touch was our external door leading directly onto the street, which made us feel like locals. The hotel has a good array of bars and restaurants with some nice outside space. The staff are superb nothing is to much trouble and its all done with a smile. Great location in the centre within walking distance of most of the must do sights, shopping, bars and restaurants. The only place to stay in Amsterdam
