“We had a brilliant stay at this hotel. Plenty of positives, but also some negatives: Negatives: * The rooms are very dated. They had terrible water pressure and the hot/cold water was unpredictable. There were accessibility issues too. It badly needs a refurb. * The buffet is very limited. Much smaller than other five star hotels we’ve stayed at, and the quality isn’t the best. Positives: * The staff are amazing. They can’t do enough for you and are always so positive and smiley. * The restaurants (excluding the buffet) are, on the whole, very good. There are some consistency issues, but overall they’re very good. * The entertainment was great. The Ouzo evening entertainment was a highlight. The kids’ shows are good too.”

“We have just returned from an incredible holiday at Ikos Oceania in Greece, and I cannot praise this hotel enough. A special thank you to Arlind in the French restaurant, who was so helpful, professional, and genuinely polite throughout our stay. His service was exceptional and made every dining experience even more enjoyable. An even bigger thank you to Eva, our wonderful “Pool Mama” at the adults-only pool. What can we say? She is an absolute credit to IKOS. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and she always went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. Thank you for looking after us so well, and for always greeting us with a smile. From Mr. and Mrs. Farro (as you affectionately called us), thank you for making our holiday so special! A heartfelt thank you also goes to Mama & Voula, who looked after our room every day. It was always immaculate, and their hard work and attention to detail never went unnoticed. We were celebrating my mum’s 70th birthday, and what an unforgettable occasion. Thank you for the laughter, the sunshine, the outstanding service, and, most importantly, the memories that we will cherish forever. The food, the service, the beautiful surroundings, and the attention to every little detail were simply second to none. We travel a lot, and I can honestly say that Ikos Oceania ranks among the very best hotels we have ever stayed in. To everyone at the hotel, thank you for giving us such an amazing holiday. “We have just came back from our honeymoon (June 2026) and we had the best time! From moment we arrived we got an amazing welcome, so friendly and helpful, they even arranged a romantic dinner on the beach plus a few other surprises. Our room was perfect for us not too far away from the main building and bars. We had one day down the beach and the staff there were great, the beach and sea were gorgeous. The rest of the time we were round the main pool, which was also nice and big with loads of beds, we never had a problem getting one. Big shout to the amazing pool bar staff Akis and Enzi, who made us feel happy and welcomed and nothing was a problem and always had a smile on the face. We always had a drink in our hand when they were around. The main lobby bar, had amazing views of the sea and did the best cocktails! A big shout out to Thomas who again always had a smile on his face and was so helpful and friendly. Wow the food in all the restaurants were amazing, we never had a bad meal. The service was also amazing, so professional and again could not do enough for you. Our favourite was the Asian! Just wanted to say a big thank you to the cleaners, they did amazing job keeping our rooms clean and tidy and even did a turn down service in the evening. So all in all we would recommend this hotel, it has amazing food, cocktails and outstanding service. I’m sure we will be coming back at some point.”

“First time at an Ikos hotel and it won't be my last. Service was amazing, lovely setting. Rooms were good, we were given a Junior suite but other than a sofa in the room it didn't feel much different. Lovely balcony with a view of the sea. Room was very nice with all amenities, including a fully stocked fridge replenished every day. Food options were amazing, with a buffet restaurant and numerous themed restaurants to eat at, didn't have one bad meal. There are Mini clubman cars you can loan each day if you wish to explore and lots of activities on site as well. There isn't a great deal on your doorstep other than a small town about 20 min walk away or 5 min taxi (Provided by the hotel obviously). You can book meals via the Ikos app and what'sApp the hotel with literally any request, I had a different pillow from the pillow menu delivered in about 3 mins! It's on a hill so the journey from the beach up to the main building is via steps or a VERY steep roadway, no worries as there are always golf buggy's available to take you anywhere around the complex. Finally the staff, these are what make this place truly excellent nothing is too much trouble. I could write a list of people whose service was exemplary, but a special mention to Alex in the main lobby bar, and Julio who worked the pool area. I will most definitely be visiting this or one of the other Ikos hotels.”

“Currently on day 3 of 6 here at Ikos Oceania and I just had to start writing this review early because honestly it’s been incredible so far. I’ll come back and update this once the trip wraps up, but I wanted to get my thoughts down while everything is still fresh. The buffet has been really good. Lots of variety, fresh stuff, and they switch things up enough that you don’t get bored eating there. We also booked a couple of the à la carte restaurants and 100% worth doing, the food was absolutely delicious. Definitely take the time to reserve them if you’re staying here, you won’t regret it. The staff though, that’s what really stands out. Everyone we’ve interacted with has been so genuinely nice, not that fake hospitality smile you sometimes get at resorts. They actually seem to care. I’ll be honest, we’re already talking about when we can come back, and we still have half the trip left. That should tell you something. Will edit this post with my final thoughts once we’re back home, but for anyone debating whether to book, I’d say go for it.”
