Hotel Villa Brunella is built for couples who come to Capri for the view and the quiet. It is a small, family-run adults-only hotel on Via Tragara, away from the busiest lanes, and its pool deck looks straight out over Marina Piccola and the sea. Guests return again and again to the same points: staff who make them feel at home, rooms that are spacious and carefully decorated, and good food on the terrace at L'Agave. The trade-offs are modest but real. Via Roma is about 900 metres away, so evenings in town end with a walk home that one guest found rather dark.
