“We chose this hotel because of the Emily in Paris Show. We used to avoid the Dorchester Hotel in London for being to dainty and old fashioned but I must say, this Dorchester collection is a hotel of its own league! The interior and rooms are charming and the roof top bar and restaurant offer breath taking views. But this is not why this hotel is so special: from entering the building to checking in, settling in to our rooms, to the restaurant and the concierge - the service and staff were immaculate! Anna at reception was so kind to assist us in finding the right room, plenty of staff checked on us while we settled into our room and even greeted us with prosecco and macaroons. The concierge desk with Antonio, Ana and Ariano were superb in getting us booked into top venues and even locating a classy scooter hire. Michele at the root top bar/restaurant went over and beyond to make sure we were well looked after by everyone. This unparalleled service was one of its kind, never experienced in Europe before, not even in Asia. Highly highly recommended. Will return for sure!”

“The start was not great the room were very noisy , we complained but by time we could work out we had already spent 4 nights in there. We let the Gm know that this was not acceptable. They tried every effort to move us but they didn’t have the right adjacent rooms we were told for our kids as well. I wanted to leave a bad review but the service from restaurant manager was impeccable. people is what makes the hotel. Francisco the restaurant manager to the bar server Dmitri is the reason I said it’s not worth putting the entire facility effort ruin over front desk errors. Mistakes happen and things will not be perfect but to make an attempt to rectify is what makes it’s worth the star. We will not be staying here as there are choices in future but if you plan to stay here then don’t accept the 1st floor. Even if it’s free.”

“From the moment we arrived, we were greeted by the most welcoming staff. The hotel is immaculate, the rooms are spacious and *extremely* clean. I’m a neat freak and have to say this room and the cleaning ladies did not disappoint with their attention to detail in making sure the room was always clean, towels replaced and everything neatly folded in its place. We travel with a lot of outfit options and the closet space was perfect. There are two full closets with lots of drawers and a ton of space to store your belongings. The rooftop restaurant where we ate lunch when we arrived, was superb. Pricey, as expected, but outstanding. The same restaurant offers breakfast buffet in the morning and that was wonderful as well. Nice selection of fresh fruits, cheeses and charcuterie, as well as many fresh bakery items, eggs, etc. Don’t even get me started on the service level. Every single person that works for the hotel, was absolutely wonderful and pleasant. Everyone smiles, greets you and treats you like you are the most valuable customer. We travel a lot and love good food and great service, this by far exceeded my expectations! The concierge team was awesome and beyond helpful - I give them 10 starsOh and lastly, I must mention - the rooftop bar was superb for drinks and they serve beautiful hors d’oeuvres and olives/chips to accompany your drinks. The bartender made us the best cucumber martini! Anyways, if you are coming to Rome and want 5-star hotel service, look no further!”
