“Our first truly positive impression of Cyprus was thanks to Four Seasons. From the moment we arrived, we felt genuinely welcomed and cared for. What makes this hotel special is not only the beautiful grounds, the relaxing atmosphere, and the attention to detail, but most importantly the people who work here. A special thank you to Angelika, whose delicious omelettes became the highlight of our breakfasts every morning. Her warmth and professionalism made every day start with a smile. We would also like to thank Simon, the lifeguard at the pool, for his friendliness, attentiveness, and positive attitude throughout our stay. A special mention goes to Ekaterina at Vista Bar. Her excellent service, kindness, and genuine hospitality made every visit a pleasure. We are also very grateful to the housekeeping team for keeping our room spotless every day, and to the reception staff, who were always helpful, welcoming, and ready to assist with any request. The beautiful gardens, koi ponds, outstanding breakfast, and exceptional service created an unforgettable experience for our family. “Our stay at Four Seasons Cyprus was simply exceptional. From the moment we arrived until our departure, every aspect of our experience exceeded our expectations. The hotel itself is outstanding – beautiful facilities, excellent food, a wonderful beach, impeccable cleanliness, and truly first-class service. Traveling with our baby daughter Daniela, we were especially touched by the warmth and attention we received. The hotel surprised us with several thoughtful compliments, including a lovely teddy bear and backpack for Daniela, a bottle of excellent white wine, and a beautifully scented Four Seasons candle. These gestures made our stay even more memorable. We would like to give special recognition to Desislava Yordanova from Guest Relations. As fellow Bulgarians, we immediately felt welcomed, but what impressed us most was her genuine kindness, professionalism, and sincere care throughout our stay. She always greeted us with a smile, took a special interest in Daniela, and made us feel valued and at home. “The truth is that this is our first time at the Four Seasons hotel chain and we were really, really pleasantly surprised. At the check-in desk we met Christina who welcomed us with a smile, warmth and a lot of empathy. Since we arrived right in the morning and I wasn't feeling well, we asked to get the room earlier than usual and Christina did surprise and take care of us. The hotel itself is stunning. It is located on a stretch of beach with its own private beach. The hotel has several swimming pools, a spa, a kosher club, high-class restaurants and what not. The service here is also one of the things you don't find even in 5-star hotels, just wow!!!. The food includes a rich kitchen with a large selection of any food you could want: eggs as you wish, cheeses and sausages, fish, pastries, salads, and everything at the highest level we have ever seen. The room we received was very luxurious with a large king-size bed with very comfortable mattresses, a luxurious bathtub and shower, and everything you need and with a very high level of finish. We will definitely come back here and highly recommend you come.”
