From the moment I arrived, I was amazed by the beauty of the property, the peaceful gardens, and the elegant atmosphere throughout the hotel. Every corner feels like a work of art. A special thank you to a wonderful Italian gentleman wearing a vest in the lobby area. He was exceptionally friendly, welcoming, and professional. His warm smile and genuine kindness made me feel incredibly welcome and added a personal touch to my stay. 😊 I also feel very lucky because during my visit, the floral decorations in the lobby were absolutely breathtaking. The flowers were stunning, vibrant, and beautifully arranged, creating a magical atmosphere that made every time I walked through the lobby feel special. 🌷🌺💐 The entire experience was luxurious, relaxing, and memorable. Florence is already a beautiful city, but staying here made the trip even more unforgettable. Thank you to the whole team for such outstanding hospitality. I can’t wait to come back! ❤️🇮🇹”

Any issue we had was addressed immediately and with a friendly attitude. The location is great, just 10 minutes walk to the downtown area. The hotel grounds are incredible. Our kids ran around for hours each day and never got bored. They even enjoyed the little playground. Fantastic experience. Highly recommended!”

We also had a great dining experience at Il Palagio, the food was excellent and one of the highlights of our stay. The spa was lovely as well, and compared to other Four Seasons properties, the pricing felt more reasonable.”
