“Overall, we had a very pleasant stay at Crystal Waters. The rooms were very nice and cleaning service was very good. The pool area was super nice and the service was great. The selection of drinks and snacks by the pool were very nice. Dinner at one of the restaurants (Natsumi) was also good. However, the quality of the breakfast was extremely disappointing. For a hotel at this price range, I would expect much better breakfast selection and quality. We were a bit confused how the same restaurant could serve such good pool food but such terrible breakfast. The breakfast needs to be massively improved.”

“Crystal Waters Lefkada is a great base for exploring the island. After spending the day visiting Lefkada's beautiful beaches and discovering the surrounding area, it was always nice to return to the hotel and relax. We stayed in a room with its own small private pool, which made our stay even more enjoyable. After a day of exploring the island, it was the perfect place to relax and unwind. The hotel itself is modern, stylish and very well maintained, with a beautiful main pool area creating a relaxing atmosphere. The staff were always friendly and helpful, and the food in the restaurant was tasty and varied. We had a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend Crystal Waters Lefkada to anyone looking for a comfortable hotel and a perfect base for exploring the island.”

“We had a wonderful stay at Crystal Waters and can’t wait to be back when we get the opportunity. The hotel is very clean, easy to get to and within close proximity to anywhere you want to go. The staff was amazing, especially at the breakfast/restaurant area. All the staff have a big smile on their face and continuously make sure everything is ok. “We had a super week at this beautiful resort on Lefkada. What made our trip most enjoyable was the people working there! Everyone from reception to housekeeping to poolside to restaurants: all SO friendly and nice! A special word of thumbs up for Eleni (the one with the red hair bun) from the breakfast buffet. You were the best, Eleni! It was so much fun to greet you in the morning, have a nice conversation and a laugh and to start our day on a high note. Nothing short but good memories from our stay there!!”
